Stratford Motel & Holiday Park

Self contained cabin was as clean as old can be. Great full kitchen. Park had nice open setting with playground and trampoline. Also an indoor pool which was good to use on a rainy day where we could't do much else.

There was some mould on the mattress base and curtains which were dirty. Also we had a spider in our room first night! Shower curtain was in adequate so bathroom floor got very wet. Not enough hooks to hang towels/clothes.

Very friendly staff and nice grounds. The cabin was quite nice. It also backs onto a beautifully nature walk that goes to town.

the holiday park had everything needed, easy check in & out pool & park to keep the kids entertained. Bbq to enjoy dinner as a family and all facilities were close and clean to our cabin. throughly enjoyed our stay hope to return again.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful!! It was close to town but still quiet and a bit removed.

It was a perfect stay with kiddies. The pool, go karts, playground and bush walks right at your doorstep! What more could you ask for.

Room size. Location. I liked having a kitchenette in room, fridge. Heater kept room nice and warm.

Bunks. Decking timber used under mattress could be felt thru mattress uncomfortable. Bunks creaked.

Nice view into the green jungle. Has kettle, fridge, cups, pots and cooker, sink in the room so it's well equipped. There is a cat security guarding the reception.

No blankets but you can hire some.

Had a great stay at Stratford Motel & Holiday Park! The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring Taranaki. Loved the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings, with easy access to Mt. Taranaki, Dawson Falls, and Wilkies Pools. A great spot for a relaxing stay or an adventure-filled getaway

Very friendly helpful staff made all the difference to our stay. We had a great night's sleep and the facilities were clean and well looked after.

This is a smaller, very well kept camping ground within moderate walking distance to main street Stratford. The accommodation and facilities were very good and great value.

Stratford accommodation is pretty pricey. So this was good value

We didn't know that you pay extra for the spa and blankets. Later only seen it says to bring blankets but no mention of the spa
