There were cockroaches all over sink bench, going under beds, on dressing table, on curtains, baby cockroaches in single bed, dust on flat surfaces, old sheets that had fluff and ink black stains, white towels were old and stiff.. worst motel we've ever stayed in and it needs to be have pests exterminated.....

Rooms had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, couch was disgustingly dirty and the cleanliness overall was pretty bad. Very expensive. Wouldn’t recommend.

Had an absolutely fantastic stay of 5 nights at the motel. Jaxky was super helpful. Nice location , handy to supermarkets and shops. And very comfortable rooms and overall stay.

Peaceful. Good location, within walking distance to the town center. Fill size kitchen which would be great for anyone staying more than 1 or 2 nights.

Could have done with a little bit of milk in the fridge.

The staff was friendly and we were so welcomed. The room was spacious and we could walk to the town centre which was good.

I had a lovely 2 bedroom appartement. The bed was comfortabele. It is a quiet.surrounding and .near to the centre of the town. A beautiful beach is only at a 8 km distance.The man at the reception is very kind and does everything to make your stay as comfortabele as possible.

Just needed a room in the area and served it's purpose. It's not flash but comfortable. Could probably do with a remodel.

Cooking facilities, good amount of room space

Not overly clean, the plastic walls were a bit weird

It was a nice quiet location, big room and clean and tidy considering its age.

My only issue was the mattress, the inner springs on the left side of the bed were non existent. I believe a mattress is one of the most important parts of a motel/hotel room.

We stayed at this motel for one night a week earlier and rated it very good, however our second stay was ruined by some other residents we did not know about before. The motel is very convenient to the town and the hosts are very keen to please. They just need to decide what sort of accommodation they want to be.

Unfortunately it seems this motel is also an emergency half-way house for drug addicts or with mental health issues and we experienced a lot if abusive language shouting and arguing between nearby residents. There also appeared to be drug use and people clearly under some influence wandering around. I don't think it is acceptable to have paying guests while also housing these people. You can be one thing or the other. We will come back but not while we feel unsafe sleeping at night, sorry.

Relaxing, comfortable, quiet & perfect location, walk to the town.

It's location is convenient to us ar the time. It was clean shower has good pressure . We needed a place to stay as our friend who pass lived in the area.

My bed was uncomfortable( double/ queen) the single beds are ok . The rooms has a smell which is not a good smell

Good location if you need to stay in Waiuku - very close to a supermarket and dining options. We didn't interact with the staff much, but when we did they were very pleasant.

The rooms were very dated, the furnishings tired and a little saggy. The room was superficially clean, but on close inspection needed a little more attention. We had to wash the glasses before using.

Very accomodating staff! We required an earlier check in time than 2pm. The team at Waiuku motel were very accommodating and had the rooms ready for us at our requested time. So easy! Comfy beds, spacious studio, excellent value for money!
