No milk, booked in early as wouldn't be back before 11pm and milk was supposed to be put in fridge. Really annoying to come back at that time and not be able to make a drink.Noisy neighbours

The booking system, I do not have a smartphone, the system was awkward, there is no personal touch. Why does it have to go through Denmark when a simple phone call, especially for the elderly, would be better.

The bed didn't have a duvet cover on it, just a duvet and a spare blanket. Other than that it was clean, tidy and pleasant.

Really hospitable hosts, very friendly, clean and spacious. Lovely shower pressure and big bathroom.

Great place. Clean, tiny, and quiet. Definitely an upgrade from the previous place we used to stay when visiting the area. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The only thing that could be better is to have a slightly larger TV in the room. The TV is very small, high in a corner on a swing arm. There is no comfortable place to sit to comfortably watch such a small TV from. So if it is upgraded to something a little bit bigger, mounted a little lower on the wall, still on a swing arm, it make for much more comfortable viewing.

Friendly greeting upon arrival, taken to our room. Heat pump was explained and put on for us. Room was clean, tidy, great size. Very practical. Great location.

Only cold water tap in the kitchen.
