Great service, staff was very helpful and friendly. I had a same day evening booking and it was sorted within minutes.. I would stay here again.

Good location. Good to be able to have car right outside. Handy kitchen for if you wanted to have meals there.

The room reeked of a heavily scented floral smell, like a car air freshener. I thought the room may have just been sprayed but the smell never dissipated. I hunted the whole room for the source but could not find it. The next day it was just as bad.

The staff were super friendly and the unit was lovely and clean. Very comfortable beds and great hot water pressure. Really lovely about our dogs staying. Will stay again for sure.

This place was perfect for what I needed. If I ever have to stay in Ashburton again, I would definitely stay here. It is a great price, the hosts are so accommodating and very friendly.

No air conditioning

Great to have a dog friendly place. Two bedroom apartment was a good size for the price.

Beds were average but ok. No accessible power points next to bed - had to pull out the bed to plug in phone. Micro-aggressive warning about not cooking curries in the kitchen. (How about installing a range hood?)

It was super clean and the appliances were new. I loved that my wee puppy could stay with me. It was fab.

The water pressure was pretty weak but that was the only thing.

Our unit was very clean and tidy, and we slept well. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and accommodated our late arrival time.

Good location on East St and easy to find when driving south into Ashburton. The complex is built around a garden courtyard allowing easy access, good sun and pleasant views. The room was very spacious, comfy sofa and beds, and all looking in good order. Pet friendly operation which was key for us, relocating with a cat. Would definitely stay again when in Ashburton. 10 / 10

The freight trains do come through Ashburton and East Street at all hours 2 to 3 times a night, and do sound like thunder for 10 to 15 secs .. but this is true for ALL motels on the strip and honestly was not a major issue.

It was situated close to the town centre

For today's expectations it was very rundown. The settee was so badly stained we dare not sit on it. There was a dirty tissue in the bedroom which tells me that the room is not being cleaned thoroughly in between guests

The room we got was very small and the facilities very basic. For the price I would have preferred a better room. We are unlikely to stay here again-which is disappointing
