This was a great place to stay at the staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was clean and tidy and was in a perfect location to where I needed to be, I will definitely be coming back to stay here again on my travels. Thank you guys for a wonderful experience.

Our first experience within the Bella Vista chain and encouraged us to seek out other places within the chain. The owners made us feel very welcome. The room itself was comfortable, clean and reasonably spacious.
The rooms are clean and they meet our needs. You can park onsite. You don't hear the road noise, which is a big bonus.

I found the property via a pet friendly search on Booking.com. After getting a room, one of the owners said I had to change because of the pet and that the new room would cost $15 more. She said I had been sent pet instructions in the reply email. That was a straight lie. When I checked the emails I pointed this out to the other owner. He just arrogantly replied, "Well, we'll have to change it then."! The other owner upped the extra charge to $20 and said if we didn't like it we could go elsewhere. Then she confirmed we wouldn't get a refund!Have used Booking hundreds of times all around the world and never given a bad review but these people are the worst I've ever come across.
Can't fault cleanliness - loved the spa. Booked a one bedroom unit but got a studio with a second bedroom with two single beds.Beds were too hard for us and, despite double glazing, a very noisy road noise at late and early hours plus a train going past. None of this you know when you book.
Great value for money. Easy check in and out process. Great location and walking distance from multiple food options. Just off the main road but could barely hear the traffic once in the room. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. Reception provided some milk for tea and coffee on check in which was much appreciated.

Shower didn’t have a shelf or caddy, body lotion, shampoo etc was in paper sachets, got soggy quickly. Only a suggestion not a big deal.
