ASURE Adcroft Motel

Manager was pleasant and helpful. Clean comfortable room, nicely appointed. Smart TV with Sky Sport was nice to take advantage of since the weather was very wet.

AAA in cleanliness, with friendly helpful hospitality, very tidy exterior with manicured grounds, A comfy bed a nice hot shower and good kitchen facilities makes this One of the best stays on our trip. Would be happy to book in again..

The best thing about this property was the welcoming host, on arrival she alerted us to the fact we had booked ( online) a road front room and did warn us it ‘can’ be noisy. Kindly allowed us to change rooms but that came with extra cost !!! As we had signed in we felt we couldn’t leave.if we’d been able to leave and find somewhere else we would have but as it was getting late and we were travel weary we stayed

Constant thunderous noise of heavy trucks passing by all night. Windows not double glazed. Duvet covers on beds smelled musty and of poor quality.interior of room dated and dim, room smelled like it had had smokers previously, room did not smell fresh and clean.

Great clean facilities, helpful friendly staff, close to town.

Bit of road noise from the traffic going past but there were earplugs provided to mitigate this

I am riding a bicycle. The motel has a special secure room to store the bicycle. The room was big with a kitchen which came in handy. The room was warm and heaters worked well. The bed was comfortable.

Great parking, lovely cosy unit (3), great beds and lovely compact kitchen with good accessories. Lovely hot shower, and most importantly, very helpful and friendly owners.

Great location near the city centre. The unit was clean and had everything that we needed during our stay. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.

It can get a bit noisy being on the main road.

The staff were very chatty and super friendly. They made us feel very welcome and were very helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Great check in, even took us to our unit, older unit, but very comfortable and exceptionly clean. Bit noisy on main road, but earplugs were provided, a very convenient extra & solved the problem. All round enjoyed our two days here.

Location was great

Very dated budget motel with a not so budget price tag. The shower was inside the room with no separation and a sliding toilet door that surely would’ve woken up the next 2 rooms over. Small double bed
