- The shower was freezing cold - it took a long time to warm slightly and when I got in went cold again. It was very cold weather at the time and the bathroom was very cold as well so it made for an unpleasant stay from that perspective. My colleague had no issues so possible just the room I was in.
- The kettle does not fit under the tap. Room too small to have a chair.

The shower was freezing cold - it took a long time to warm slightly and when I got in went cold again. It was very cold weather at the time and the bathroom was very cold as well so it made for an unpleasant stay from that perspective. My colleague had no issues so possible just the room I was in.

Pleasant stay. The Chinese lady at reception is cheerful, helpful and sweet. A highlighted point is their free laundry facility. Two washing machines and two drying machines.
Super friendly staff, very comfortable room. Room was large with extra chairs - not just a sofa. FREE laundry was the nicest surprise!

Very accommodating managers. Changed our room so we could have a ground floor room. Offered to help with our luggage. Recommended a great restaurant. Very clean and organized.
I liked the cleanliness and the fact that all important utensils were there. Also I was not supposed to clean the kitchen - that was excellent.
Maybe a few more kitchen items. But overall everything was good.
Very helpful, very friendly. As a single mother traveling with an 8 year old, a 6 year old and a 5 month old baby I really appreciated that the staff helped me with my luggage and kids so that I could settle in. Loved the suite and everything was perfect. Spa bath for the win.
