There was mould around the bath. Silicone needed replacing.

Worst water delivery from shower that I have seen.

I like the bathroom setup and the variety of towels provided.

There has no microwave in the room so we couldn't warm up the food.

The room was small and quiet. The outside garden area was pleasant. Great for a night stopover.

Little to no water pressure

Comfortable bed. Handy parking.

Quite cold especially the fact that there was no electric blanket. No heating in bathroom.

Breakfast could have been better, toast didn't have butter and eggs weren't runny as I had initially requested, but otherwise it was really good.

No electric blanket on the bed, as for the price I would have thought electric blanket would have been nice.

Got a bit lost finding our room initially and didn't realize there was a shorter way after we had dined in the Restaurant... Meal was lovely ( massive). Staff were lovely... A one stop shop with a Sports Bar TAB and Pokies. We'll stay again..and the Gardens were lovely to see as well.

I liked the fact it was an easy booking. The location easy to find and quiet during our stay.

No tea towel for drying cups, glasses etc - told to use face-cloth

Bed was super comfy and a great size which catered for my extra tall partner so we were stoked!

The dinner staff could not have been better. Clearly very experienced and knew the menu well. Our meals arrived in good time and the food was very tasty.

Was not told that there was a surcharge on the credit card until after the transaction had gone through inspite checking the final price when handing over the card. There was no apology just explanation of banks charging them and that I should have expected that. There were no notices up anywhere that a surcharge will be added. A sign was put up later in the day, which as an improvement. The service at breakfast was the opposite of our dinner experience which was excellent. Despite saying we were under time pressure it took 25 minutes for anything to start arriving and 35 minutes before we could start eating, for instance yogurt arrived, but no cereal, and toast arrived but no butter or spread, the dining room was empty when we ordered and we chose the continental breakfast to make it faster. We did allow 45 minutes for breakfast but the delay put us under pressure to get to our 9am meeting. If we stay again we will order breakfast the night before.

Room was very tidy , bathroom had great shower and was clean the food was just want I wanted , more home style cooking

I liked the fact I could check in late because it was last minute need to stay

The bed made us itch we were literally getting bitten by bugs bed bugs fleas or scabies we couldn't sleep in the beds. There was thick soap scum around the plugs in both sinks, there was no electric blankets and the lamps didn't work either. Was a yuck place to stay and I won't be going back

The restaurant the meal was very disappointing after our previous stay just chucked on the plate to over fill it

The rooms were clean apart from the unit mentioned below. Most of the staff were very friendly but were young and did not seem to be confident in what they were doing. I think they need a little bit of training especially in how to pour beer without having a frothy top. My husband had to explain to them how best to do this. They were very nice girls though and seemed eager to please.

Room was clean except for top of unit above cup holder that was dirty. Looked like it needed wiping and had not been done for a while.Beds were terribly uncomfortable and needed new mattresses. We had two double beds but they were both the same with worn springs and not comfortable at all.I chose the room on the picture that showed a proper shower cubicle but got a shower over bath. I think this was the smallest bathroom I have used in a hotel.

Pleasant

The room is old. The chain locked is broken and when I asked the staff, they said they didn't use it anymore but it's still hanging there. The shower handle is off! A very old hotel with old facility. Need renovation.

we always like everything it is always clean,the food at the restaurant is fantastic,the pool is a blast,the staff are awesome.

Rooms are a good size. Staff are friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable.

Shower head wouldn’t stay upright. Low flow flushing toilets. A little run down.
