clean unit, but not as we had booked.

My husband booked a deluxe twin room via booking.com.We picked up the key to the unit at 6pm but had an appointment to attend, thus we kept moving and did not look at the unit at that time. We arrived back around 9.30pm to find the unit was nothing like the photos. There was a double bed in one room, with one side of the bed up against the wall, as the room was so small. In a second room there was a single bed. This was nothing like what we had booked, but being so late, we could not change it.

really loud traffic noise, skimpiest of bedding, no comfy chairs

Location was fine for what we needed. Unit was nice and clean and big.

Seemed to have overlooked we had a booking, also wasn't aware we had paid! Beds were comfy enough but definitely quite old.Very pricely for what it was

Room was great. Floors cold. Curtains need to be blackout and fitted properly as security lights shine in. Location near bar and restaurant handy. Busy driveway to campground behind.

Tearable would not stay there again

The first room they offered to me I wouldn't let my dog stay in it and after about six phone calls the owner answered the phone I finally got the room I booked but I don't think the room was worth the $161.00 a night

Service was awesome Lovely elderly gentleman very helpful and kind One of our rooms the bed sheets hadn't been changed. Had crumbs and hair in them

Booked a room when checked in our room had been unsold.gave us a smaller cabin and it was way smaller than what I had paid for.wasnt happy but had no choice but to stay there.also the older guy who booked us in was walking round with no shirt on.was not impressed

The floor was not clean. dirty Microwave and the mini fridge

More and warmer bedding...we froze during the night. One skinny duvet doesn't cut it.

Location was central to our venues

4 days stay. Room not serviced during our stay. Laundry piled up. We had to go ask for fresh linen. Kitchen & bathroom Facilities are very small areas

Friendly old bugger, was really nice having a chat with him as well as a laugh ?.

Sealing was leaking right on the bed didn't know until I was ready for bed an the bed was wet.

Just about far enough away from Christchurch for us to be able to catch a bus into Christchurch.

No laundry facilities. Had to keep asking for tea/coffees etc.

I liked the staff. they were incredibly helpful.Once the water was fixed the shower was incredible.A good basic place to stay.The bed was so very comfortableWith the camping ground so close to the cabin we were in, it was very quiet. Loved that

The floor could of been cleaner as it was very dusty and gritty. Rest of the place was clean and tidy

Our unit had a brand new shower with tones of water pressure.

There was absolutely no heating in this unit. It was freezing with single glaze windows and no insulation.

Nice location, quiet very helpful manager.The cabin was clean and well equipped with a heat pump, very handy for exploring the coast and Kaiapoi.

The steps where a bit of a challenge as I have mobility issues.
