- Very friendly and helpful staff, everything about our stay was a pisitive one, there is nothing negitative to say
- It's a nice modern building which reminds me of premier inn, and it's next to a supermarket and the bus station. They had hot water.
- I had a very good experience starting with the receptionist who was very kind and polite, I think his name was Abdullah, that guy deserves a rise. Also the room was clean and cozy with a balcony with nice view (a bit loud but ok for short stays). Position wise its perfect, very close to the airport just 15 minutes with the taxi and there are a lot of shops next to the hotel, the area is not the safest but its nice. The most satisfying thing was how welcoming the receptionist was, he even printed my boarding pass.
Cons -
- The internet was dodgy and I couldn't reach the sites I wanted. The service was poor: they didn't speak english, they refused to give me a wake-up call, there were no towels. I'd like a free bottle of water, but they charge 3x the normal price. For the money, I'd expect better overall.
