Not much to say.

The rooms are above a busy road. The area is noisy. The parking is not free.

The young lady at reception in the morning was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was better than expected, given the room. However, the coffee machine broke, so there was no coffee.

The smell in the room: it smelled like poop when we walked in. Seriously. At least the window opened, so we could air the room out. But that smell never went away entirely. The fan did not work in the bathroom. The noise of traffic was also very loud: our room was on a bridge overlooking a major road with lots of trucks, buses and motorcyclists. To air out the room, we had to put up with the noise. Not enough blankets. I slept with my clothes on and with my coat spread over the "comforter." I was still cold.If we had wanted to take showers, the towel would have been inadequate. But, given the smell, we didn't feel inclined to shower.No coffee at breakfast.

The staff was most helpful with assisting us with the travel difficulties we were facing.The beds are very comfortable.

Room and bathroom were very small. Beds were hard, matress was about 3 inches thick, comforter on top made for a hot night. Parking was across the street in a shopping mall.

Traffic noise all night long made it difficult to sleep.

Location tough to beat for price--a 20 minute walk to city center. Value for money--room was clean and as spacious as one needs for a place to simply sleep and shower before hitting the sights. Breakfast was beyond my expectations--healthy, tasty, with good variety. Best of all, staff were truly exceptionally friendly and helpful.

We arrived after dark and signage was inadequate to properly guide us to the closed gate into the parking lot. Appreciate the security, but after trying to circle to the other side to find a way in, we ended up at the other, nearby Ibis, whose helpful staff gave us detailed directions.

We liked the breakfast.

The whole building is continuously cooled with airconditioning, that was set too cold.

We did not bother with breakfast.

The location is very private, safe and secure. The surrounding scenery is also very good.

We’re quite disappointed with the apartment. This is the most unsanitary Airbnb I’ve stayed. The lady who received us is nice and hospitable However, the furnishings are very shabby and dirty, like the dirty cutleries, dirty pots, especially the two striped cushions on the bed are not even cleaned or changed with clean covers. The shower turned cold from time to time without any signs. The most intolerant thing is that there are bugs in beds. My son and I have been bitten by some bugs and got many very itchy bumps on the bodies and necks. Compared to the price, I have to say the apartment is just far from being satisfactory.

Best value accommodation. Good location. Good breakfast.

Hallway carpets were dirty and did not smell good. Breakfast was minimal.

The young lady at the front desk was a breath of fresh air. Very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was limited but totally adequate.

Air conditioning would have helped. We had to park in a municipal parking lot.

Nice location centrum Vienne, nice roman city centre. Bed was nice and room had own bathroom with shower

Parking is in city centre, public, not guarded, Saturday evening very busy, not to pay, but that will be different during the week. People going out on Saturday made lot of noise

The bed over my head. Hit my head several times, small bathroom, no air conditioning but they lent us a fan

The location that's it.

No hand towels, no hand soap, no air conditioning, the vents where the air conditioning should blow cold air were filled with fluff, the floor had not been swept properly. Give this a miss it is the pits. I know it is a budget hotel but there much better budget hotels than this one.

Problem with access to my room. I had to visit reception twice about it. The key code was not functioning properly.

Good location close to the station. Simple, basic, but fine for a one night stay.
