No sea view

Location, location, location! Lovely smaller hotel within short walk to mineral pools in Porto Muniz. Modern, fresh, and clean room with nice amenties. Breakfast buffet was exceptional with breathtaking views and delicious food.

Not the property's fault, but we ended up staying during a "ramp" race in Porto Muniz. Lots of people in town for racing event through the city that was very LOUD. Recommend checking calendar when booking ;-)

The AC unit in the room rattled and made noises. I tried different fan settings and could not get it to stop. Very annoying. Nothing about the hotel but revving noises from the auto race until 1130pm on Friday night was also annoying as I had planned to get up before dawn for a sunrise hike. Perhaps an end time of 10pm. If I had known this in advance I would not have stayed in Porto Moniz for hiking.

Wish the room was a bit bigger

The breakfast is excellent, hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Spa, gym and massage possibilies are available. Jacuzzi at the roof is great.

The view from the room did not meet expectations. Other building is in front. Other people wathing what are you doing at the balcony or even inside the room. Parking underneath the balcony - cars leaving and coming, a bit noizy.

Excellent place to stay in Porto Moniz. Location is super convenient, close to the natural pools and with enough parking spaces (either underground at the hotel, or the parking next door). Super helpful and friendly staff, willing to give recommendations for your days in Madeira. Breakfast, even though in a different building close by, was also delicious with multiple savory and sweet options.The room was spacious, with enough equipment to make your own food in the studio if you want. The bed and the pillows we also comfortable and the small terrace of the room gives enough space to relax after your excursions.

Very well located in the center of Porto Moniz, the room of the studio was very big and the kitchen area has the minimum equipment (a pan, two saucepans, some sharp knifes, a cutting board etc..). On the third floor (rooftop), you have a jacuzzi and some sunbeds to chill / relax. We had an issue with the room (two single beds instead of one double bed) and the personnel tried their best to find a solution. Free parking and free entrance to the natural pools as well and access to all the amenities of the two other hotels located in the city (spas, swimming pools etc…)

We would have loved some salt/peper/ oil for the kitchen area. For the breakfast, you need to go to a different spot but it is very close to the hotel.

The fact that you can use swimming pools/ jacuzzis/saunas of the other 2 properties of the group, which were next to each other! We got to see the sunset from a Jacuzzi of a nearby property. Fantastic experience!

Amazing, friendly staff who truly went the extra mile! The room was spotless, and the breakfast was delicious—with incredible views to top it off. We also received free vouchers for the rock pool swimming, which was such a great bonus. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Parking was a little tricky but not the hotels fault!

I was nervous about the small size of the room before we arrived, but one we saw how it was designed and organized, we found it to be perfect for our needs. Property was clean, staff was friendly and welcoming, breakfast was good and at a breathtaking location.

Studios might have the best staff we have ever stayed at. They are super friendly, welcoming and smiley. We were greeted with a welcome drink and then a welcome bottle of speaking wine in our room. The studios are great for a night or two when exploring the area. Clean, outfitted and spacious. Balcony was also nice to have a morning coffee on. Parking also is very easy. Multiple options. We would stay here again for sure.

The staff are very nice, hotel is super clean. Katty is so nice my child loves her. What we like about the hotels lie in the small details: they prepared fruit drink for my child, and little aqua natura bear to surprise children. The staff are always helpful whenever we need something. The breakfast is rich in varieties and the restaurant is with super nice view. It really makes our vacation lovely because of the hotel. (We enjoyed the welcome drink a lot after a tiring trip arriving in Madeira)(For future guests: When checking out, it is super nice for the hotel to give us a jar of jam as a gift, however at airport the security had to throw it away because there is no ml, I feel it is a bit of waste maybe it would be nice for the hotel to give at check in so people can pack in their check in luggage.)

It is a very small thing but just flag: the indoor space of the breakfast restaurant is a bit small: when there were showers outdoor, people can’t sit outside, then the indoor space is very crowded and people are constantly waiting for spots. On our last day of stay the breakfast is suddenly switched to another restaurant (maybe because of the weather) , my parents couldn’t find where to eat breakfast and it is super crowded.
