Rooms were spacious + bed comfortable

It was far to noisy. Right opposite bins started emptying at 4.30 + went on for 2 hours one morning. No staff on hand had a problem with our lock but no one came. Wouldn’t stay again despite cheap price.

Well located, clean, with online check-in procedure. Coffee shop in a nearby plaza.

Noise. The glass discharge mentioned in many reviews happened at 6:20am.

The cleaning lady was very nice, rooms were big.

We arrived at check in time and no one replied for over an hour, we were supposed to get a code to get in but didn't get it. When 1.5 hours later someone called back they gave us a room, we entered the code and it was someone else's room. People were already there. We then finally got our room which was right next to the public street bins and glass bins. The glass bins woke us up at 5am every morning for an hour. We couldn't lock the door from inside the room and communicated this with the staff. They never replied.

Bad

It was a scam. The reservation appeared in my profile without my involvement. It was made on someone's name. Booking.com support did not respond in any way. The hotel seems to be part of this scam.Apparently, they are waiting for you to cancel the booking so they can charge your card. Warning! Don’t do that! Unlink all cards from your profile immediately.Don’t expect any support from Booking. They didn’t respond to me for a month — and still haven’t. They did nothing.

Great location very cheap but very noisy at night

We weren’t sent an entry code to enable us to access the block to leave our cases until later in the day. The lifts weren’t working so cases had to be lugged up 2 floors. We were sent the wrong room entry code, not a good first impression.The room was lovely, comfortable and clean. The rooftop is impressive, great views. Only one of the jacuzzis was working and no sun umbrellas to create shade

The location is really good just minutes walk to the centre of corralejo , the building is inside beautiful But it needs a lot of tlc The pictures are not a true representation of the communal spaces & the roof terrace looks abandoned! The apartment is spacious & clean & modern although also in need of some repairs! The initial idea was very creative but it appears nothing has been done to keep the fresh modern appearance! The sensor lights definitely need adjusting as it goes on too late & off to early ! It’s a busy street with plenty of noise ! The internet is not very good !

Excellent location, only a few min walking distance to the harbour, to the beach, the main street with all the pubs, restaurants and everything. Comfy bed, nice bathroom and the room was very spacious. Our friends also had a lovely room. The roof chill-out area with yacuzzy and sun loungers was a huge bonus. Highly recommended and we're defo coming back :)

Happy with the hotel but apart from the cleaner's there was no staff available on reception for the whole 10 days

Rooms were very spacious and well equipped, beds were super comfy. And it was super clean. Great location would highly recommend. Will definitely book again xx

Location and cleanliness

The roadworks outside the hotel we were not aware and it would have been nice to have been told even though it would not have stopped us going. the downside was we were not able to park anywhere close to the hotel making security for the car difficult. overall we felt that the hotel was in need of a bit of love and attention. The roof water feature was not working and rusty. The shower was cold on our last night but it was not worth complaining about as we were leaving the following morning.

Nice place with all the necessary amenities. The jacuzzi on the roof terrace is great!

We were there during carnival, so there was a lot of noise outside

The room was comfortable and clean. The location nice and we loved the terrace with the jacuzzi too. Getting inside the property was very easy and they send you steps to follow for the key.

The room isn’t quite isolated noise wise as we could hear everything from the street ( we were there during carnival celebrations and one night we stayed awake until 4am as the music was too loud from the square)

Location and the apartment was nice.

No parking available, there is one nearby the apartment.It would be nice having Sono facilities in the apartment as napkins and some basic things for cooking as olive oil, salt and sugar.

Great location, clean modern room. Nice area on the roof to relax and use the jacuzzi.

Only one jacuzzi working, roof tiles on terrace uneven. Noise from the recycling bins was all night, then the bin wagons came. Water for shower was only ever warmish not hot.

Great location, 2 mins to bars, restaurants and sea front. Lovely uncrowded and comfortable roof terrace. Only 3 floors, 1st entrance and lift, 2nd all rooms (approx 10), 3rd roof terrace. Easy access using door codes and key safes for rooms.

sometimes noisy at night and i did see one big cockroach running around on the floor late one night but nothing else otherwise

Good location from the bus stop & to the beach & restaurants.
