- The location was absolutely superb ! We booked two rooms and stayed one week but for sure we will be back on the same good located rooms ! Congratulations for the very well trained staff! From the moment we arrived until we have left we felt amazing, everybody from the restaurant, from the reception and cleaning staff were so professional and aimable Delicious breakfast, varied and good quality choice of food ! Impeccable cleanliness! Excellent location near beautiful dunes, and for us was walking distance to the center restaurants. The beach is so clean and natural, perfect for swimming...
- We stayed 5 days in October 2025. The studio room was clean, functional, with a very well equipped kitchen. The hotel is not offering a parking, but we always easily found a parking spot in the street - the hotel is far from the center. The WiFi was not especially fast (30-40 Mbps) but stable. The hotel is the last one on the street and the great dunes begin right next to it and can be reached on foot - great location. The Corralejo town beaches are not very attractive, but you will find some great places to swim and relax in the great dunes.

Cons -
- What not to like?
- Some mosquitoes in the shower. Not a big issue, by the way.
- The rude and uncaring staff receptionist who did not listen to my distress at not being able to check in and have a shower. There was a leak from the shower in our room, with water going all over the bedroom floor.. I was not able to shower for 5 hours and had to work around the repair man's schedule. The receptionist dealing with the problem did not understand that I desperately needed to shower after a long flight, change my menstrual pad and go get food to curb my blood sugar low. On seeing the leak, I immediately asked for another room and the reply I got was rude and very unprofessional. He was not able to problem solve or settle me but gas lit my concerns which made me very agitated. He did not have the hospitality skills to suggest that I could shower elsewhere or tell me where another toilet was, or give me a complimentary drink or a sandwich. This staff member was aggressive and said that he would refund me and boot us out. This would have left me and my daughter stranded in a country with no where to go. I felt quite unsafe and distressed by then. I honestly felt that I had to shoulder the hotel problems and toe the line. I was very angry at this treatment. His words were " I was not being nice". I was just an irritated and annoyed customer with urgent needs that were not recognized. This is the worst check in experience I have ever had and I am 50 years old. I have travelled a lot.

Location, rooms, clean facilities and breakfast
The views of both Dunas de Corralejo and Isla de Lobos are impressive, as the hotel is the very last building in town. The breakfast was lovely and varied, and the staff members were kind. I highlight the excellent work of Vivi at the main buffet, not only for her kindness and generosity, but also for making sure my breakfast was arranged the day I left (as I had to take an early morning flight, I wouldn't make it for the buffet at 8 am).
Some mosquitoes in the shower. Not a big issue, by the way.
The pool was a big highlight for me and the hotel location next to the beach and sand dunes.
The rude and uncaring staff receptionist who did not listen to my distress at not being able to check in and have a shower. It was excellent, the location could not be better for access to the magnificent beach. The staff were so friendly, efficient and welcoming. It is spotlessly clean.
The only very small downside was that it was 2 single beds put together rather than a double or king.
It is bright & airy plus we enjoyed the views from the breakfast room & pool area .
It was too far away from all amenities.
Very nice hotel on the edge of Corralejo and the dunes. Comfortable rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfasts and coffee.
Nothing really.
Spacious room with a nice view of the Corralejo dunes. The room was clean, and breakfast was okay. Street parking was available right in front of the hotel, which was convenient.
The pool was not heated. The only rubbish bin was the one in the bathroom. The glass partition between the living area and bathroom lacked privacy—the blind only created a shadow effect, so you need to be very comfortable with your roommate. Additionally, one of the lights couldn’t be turned off, likely an emergency light, which was somewhat disruptive at night.
Great location just nearby the famous Corralejo dunes and with a lovely beach reachable directly via the back door of the hotel. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was varied with several sweet and savory options. Easy to park in the street at any time.
I'd suggest adding some vegan options for breakfast. If for vegetarians there were no problems (there are many sweet pastries, yogurts, cheese and eggs) for vegans there were only baked beans, mushrooms and tomatoes. Additionally, the quality of the coffee should be improved.
The location is excellent, the accommodation was very clean, and the staff very pleasant
The light was not working on the terrace, the safe didn't work well.
Location we liked as we were very close to the Dunes and long walk along the shore .
Having to take a taxi to town for evening meal . Bar spirits were expensive ,10 euros for Gin and Tonic
Location was great It was spick and span.
The breakfast was meagre. The pools were clean but very cold.
We loved how friendly the staff were. They made us feel very welcome. Our hotel room was clean, spacious and modern. The hotel is in a perfect location for walking to Playas Grandes, ‘Popcorn Beach’ and also to Corralejo town. There is also a bus stop close to the hotel. Breakfast was great, lots of choice. Great coffee. The staff were very helpful to us during our stay, especially Bibi and Melody. We felt calm and relaxed throughout our time there. We would definitely stay again.
We loved everything about our stay.
Basic but comfortable, and clean. Breakfast was good and breakfast staff were lovely and accommodating.
Door on apartment didn’t work but we moved to one next door. Think there is an issue with the doors in the apartments.
The rooms are very comfortable and clean. No noise at all and most of the views are amazing. Breakfast is great and the location is quiet and close to the beach.
The glass between the toilet and the bed might not be the best experience for starting couples.
The location was excellent a little out of town which is great if you want a relaxed and chilled out holiday. The staff were excellent especially our little Colombian princess BiBi who took great care of us. The hotel was right on the beach great.for walking and swimming.
I just didn't understand the logic behind having the glass wall between the bedroom and bathroom. No matter how much you love someone you don't need to see them sitting on the toilet. I was just glad I wasn't sharing the room. It would have been a nightmare!!!
Gorgeous location, amazing breakfast & super friendly staff - would definitely recommend & return!
Sparkling clean room, and the location is unbeatable-right next to the dunes. The hotel employees were lovely.
Lovely boutique hotel if you want peace and quiet right next to a beautiful beach. The rooms are spacious, basically furnished, with a mini fridge which had a welcoming bottle of water and a chocolate bar on arrival. There is a safe and plenty of storage space. The bathroom had two wash hand basins. As mentioned in other reviews a glass partition separates the bedroom from the bathroom and has a privacy blind but it is see through when certain lights are on but is invisible other than that. This isn't a problem if you are a couple but could be a problem if you are travelling with a friend or family member. The breakfast room overlooks the sea and has an outdoor area as well as an indoor area with tables and chairs. The buffet was good. Cereal, fruit, yoghurt and various meats as well as boiled and scrambled eggs and other hot food. Lovely variety of bread, pastries and croissants. Fruit juice and champagne on offer as well as a very nice coffee machine from which to help yourself. There is a little cafe at the front of the hotel which sells a limited variety of filled rolls and does an omelette as well as ice cream and drinks including alcohol. It is open to the general public. There are two pools with sunbeds which were not busy when we were there mid November. We preferred to go to the beautiful beach instead. You need to walk a little distance to pass the rocky part of the beach to reach the nice sand and less rocks in the sea for swimming. The sand is super soft. You can walk some distance along the beach to reach an area with sunbeds and umbrellas for rent as well as a drinks truck. We walked into Corralejo town a couple of times along the beach. It took nearly an hour but was a pleasant walk albeit along some rocky areas. Otherwise we took a taxi into town which the receptionist was happy to call any time. There is a shopping area with some cafes and restaurants about a 20 minute walk from the hotel also.
The beds are on the hard side. We requested an extra pillow which helped. Cafe could have a bit more variety on offer for lunch.
