The staff was super nice, very friendly, and went above and beyond to help. Probably the best thing about our stay was the staff. Rooms are cozy, clean, cute balconies. No serious issues with the property - we may have expected a bit more, but not a major issue. Free cava is a nice touch. Breakfast was ala carte. The area is quite easy to get around, about 10ish minute walk to the beach. Waikiki has fantastic, fresh grilled fish; you can't miss that. Nightlife was also fun, even during Christmas.

The food was awful. We regretted getting half-board. And that wasn't just our opinion. Several guests we spoke to didn't like the food. The chef is trying to do a lot, and it just didn't work, especially the Christmas dinner, which was a set menu. The first course was a weird dumpling with pasta-like, uncooked dough and seafood filling that was dry and grainy. The second course was a SORBET. The second course...? Then we got the main, which was another abomination. We ate out every night after dinner, resorted to Burger King on Christmas Day because the food was just inedible, and we didn't make any backup reservations.

Nice room, fabulous facilities, nice restaurant. Great and friendly staff.

We loved everything! The location was close to restaurants and shops. All members of staff were friendly and professional. Great service and choice at breakfast. The hotel and rooms were spotlessly clean. Thank you to all for a lovely stay.

Room at back of premises, could hear the main road.Little terrace had no garden view - overlooked other apartments- and sun only in morning. Only returned to room to wash and sleep, not to enjoy time on balcony.

It was a very relaxing holiday. The hotel has a nice pool area, with some activities during the day but not too many, this way everyone can relax and enjoy themselves.The breakfast is amazing, great selection of fresh fruit, local cheeses and meats. I loved their sustainable approach to breakfast buffet, for example, if you want eggs or pancakes for breakfast they will make it for you personally instead of preparing a huge batch of food where most of it will be wasted in the end.

All the pillows were a bit too soft/ too flat for me, but this is very personal, of course.

It is very clean and well-maintained. nice staff and comfy bed/pillows.

Unfortunately, the room was not ready at 3pm and we had to wait 40 mins for it to be cleaned I had previously requested a slightly earlier check and was told we will do our best but I didn’t expect to be waiting past the check in time in so this was slightly annoying. The Location of the hotel was perfect and a very tranquil setting. We were only there for 1 night as we had added it on to the end of our villa holiday as our flight had changed . We had the half board package which included dinner & breakfast. Unfortunately , not much choice at dinner for my husband who was gluten free . Thankfully breakfast was much better for him . We had also payed for a late check out adding 2 hours onto our stay . I also asked if they could add another 30 mins for free as we hadn’t been able to get into the room , but they point blank refused!

Room was not ready at the time stated on the booking.

Great and friendly staff, location is superb very close to beach and central with loads of free parking around it. Rooms are spacious, clean and modern. Breakfast is good and overall hotel is very modern.

Sofa on the terrace is highlight of the room. Dinner was combination of a la cart for main dish + buffet for starters/ fruits/ dessertsAll employees are very pleasant and professional

It’s overpriced in my opinion. To use the spa (sauna etx) you need to pay €5 per person per day to use which was disappointing considering how much we paid for the stay. When u need a clean towel for spa it’s €2 Pps. Breakfast is included but food is really poor besides for the fruit which was nice. I had a hot stone massage and it was very standard, not what I usually get from a spa experience The only good parts was the staff, cleanliness and the location.
