Breakfast is excellent! Great staff. The spa is also modern and has all that you need .

The pool was good and plenty of sun beds available. Food in the buffet restaurant was very good, best I’ve seen at a hotel buffet. Nice to stay in an adults only no children hotel

The hot tub jacuzzi wasn’t really worth the extra money in my opinion, a bit of a gimmick

Parts of room dirty not cleaned on arrival breakfast was good but evening meal there wasn’t a lot my wife ate salad most night and for the money you charge I think it’s poor been here 4 times now not much change

The room , the staff, the massage were all excellent.

The water in the jacuzzi was cold . There were no express cups at breakfast only mugs. Espresso cannot be drunk from a mug!

Staff couldn't have been more helpful, all throughout the hotel.Also very accommodating for gluten free.

Only criticism would be that more staff were needed at the bar areas. The staff worked very hard but could do with more help.

The room was top class,it had a sea side chique feel to it ; modern and contemporary but still cosy and with a touch of luxury. The food was excellent !! So much choice and with a lot of thought behind the quality and choice of each buffet dish,all beautifully displayed.

Outside around the pool area,the area appears very crowded and cramped.The sun loungers are packed side by side like sardines, meaning it is impossible to get any privacy unless you pay extra for a posh day bed,but they seemed to be predominantly in the shade.Because the central pool area is totally surrounded by the hotel and its rooms,you have to keep moving about to keep in the sun.

The Barcelo is located very close to a nice beach and all the shops and restaurants. Half board buffet was excellent. Our room was comfortable and the facilities within the hotel were equally excellent.

Silly, but having to pay for water with your meal is petty. I also think that having paid a decent sum for the room, the use of the safe should be free.

Super nice staff lovely location lovely facilities nice food.Quiet relaxing but not a place for single people.

The charge per day for the safe in the room of 3 euro was outrageous.A drink is not included with the evening meal.

Everything in general ! The staff is amazing!

We had to switch room because it was above the lobby/bar. There were so much noises until midnight (and past because of guests finishing their drinks and being very loud) and it started at 7am, also from guests arriving and leaving. But the guest manager Leah was very helpful and changed our room to a quieter location and it was perfect.

The hotel was lovely and clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The beach was right across the side street and sign sposted. The food choice was excellent and there was nice chill out areas to sit after dinner if you didn't want to sit in the main lobby and bar area

The rooms are a bit dated and could do with an update

Hotel is immaculate; pool area superb; restaurant excellent with great food choices and attentive staff. We only ate out 1 night out of 10, breakfast choices plentiful, evening meals wide and varied including some themed menus. Nice to have option to sit outside on a terrace next to restaurant. Some items made fresh either in morning (omlettes - yum) or evening from the grill or pasta (also yum). Room was a first floor wheelchair accessible room (not required by us); very short walk to reception, pool and restaurant. Location of hotel is amazing, very close to main street in Corralejo but not so close as to hear any noise - approx 10 mins walk to Music Square. Near to plenty of lovely bars and restaurants in the old town.

Our specific ground-floor room was close enough to the reception bar to pick up some noise, which didn't bother us but might bother others. Our terrace only had 2 seats and a view of the crumbling perimeter wall. The room was cleaned daily, and towels changed, but in 10 days, bedding was not changed, which we would have expected (we didn't raise it with housekeeping). Entertainment geared towards older guests - we went out every night anyway, but if this was your thing, then great. The room was definitely a bit tired/dated for Spanish Barcelo hotel compared to others we've stayed in, but was comfortable and clean and that's what mattered most.

The first night we arrived the air conditioner was not working and we called the front desk so many times but they were so busy to send us someone, at the end they sent someone who couldn’t resolve the issue and asked us to waist till the person in charge starts his duty next morning
