Pool closes at 6pm. No entertainment no night bar and food was terrible

Good sized room with balcony; good breakfast; very nice pools; helpful staff. On the whole a good hotel. Sea and beaches very pleasant and if you head straight for the beach and the restaurants just a little further on beyond the main drag, it's lovely. Nice easy driving on the island (although if you want to do the dirt tracks best get a 4 wheel drive!).

Bit puzzled as to why you have to pay extra to use the safe in your room - why wouldn't they want you to lock your valuables safely away? Sometimes the beds were made up without sweeping the sheets down first - ie socks and sand still inside. We weren't big fans of the commercial strip through Corralejo,

Really lovely spacious hotel with two good sized pools and lots of loungers. Close to beach and main shopping area and restaurants. We stayed on BB basis and the breakfast was amazing. A lot of the guests were all inclusive. If you want somewhere up market to just chill and relax to soak up the sun this is the place to go.

Arrived at 8pm my self and my wife we are in our 70s no porter to help with our luggage, only for a very kind guest who offered to help take them to our room

It was further from the beach than expected. Reception/Bar area could do with a refresh .

Staff very friendly and helpful, the hotel is in a great location and the pools were great, good selection of food for the breakfast.

Location was great...rooms are bright and spacious...pools and gardens are immaculate...staff were friendly

Hotel was exceptionally clean, very good options at the bars.

Could use a few more loungers around the pool, they tended to get scooped up early.

During our stay aircon was broken in the hotel on two occasions which lasted 2 days each time.. A lot of bugs in our room, we killed 8 or 10, about half the size of a cockroach, we had ants on our terrace and also in the room. Said it to reception, they had the room sprayed but didn't make much of a difference.

-The staff were all very friendly & a credit to the hotel. -The Heated pools , although not to the advertised temperature the heating def took the chill off the water , which would have been unbearable for this time of year . So pools well used .-Food pretty basic but good quality on the whole . - Great set up having one quiet pool and one noisy pool which gave people the choice.-Some nice restaurants nearby & lots of shops , central location

-A little bit shabby in places ,eg. the screens around mamma Mia looked all smashed and a lot of brickwork needed paint touching up , gives a poor first impression -Entertainment very very poor / dreadful. Shame as not much to do in evenings outside hotel.- Charging 2.70€ for glasses of filtered water - rip off ! Would understand if charge was for bottled water

Ideal room sunny side beside pool.Food selection good in restaurant. Reception staff good and engaging.

Just a burst into room by housekeeping and no knock in advance ,otherwise all good

Excellent food and service throughout our stay. The buffet food was varied and had something for everyone, both for breakfast and dinner. Very close to the main town strip. Would recommend

Bed and pillows were not overly comfortable.

I paid for a room with a pool or garden view. Room 204 has a view of a gable end of an apartment block and has no garden or pool view.

The staff were very friendly and it was very clean

The food was very poor, we were half board but could not eat in due to the quality of the food. The town has very good restaurants. The entertainment systems in the room are outdated and need bringing into the 21st century! It’s obvious the hotel is trying to cut costs but not in a good way! It needs an injection of money! Buy some teaspoons!!

Food not warm enough lead to a dash on the looNo lifts lots of walking and loads of stairs to climb Very dated rooms The design / style is all crammed together all over the place no real privacy Dated bathroom Tiny flush for toilet difficult to use Balcony not great to relax fairly big no loungers just an old table which was all marked with an ashtray !No thanks We were promised two beds not a double however had a double plus with a smoking odour moved rooms we soon realised all rooms are dated we stayed one night and checked out however we get a refund for the rest of the week so we cd transfer to a more suitable hotelMore for a family on a tight budget as the buffet added is inexpensive not much for kids to do

I liked the staff, the hotel, the location, the food.

I didnt like the invalid shower, bathroom flooded everything I had a shower, floor not sloped to take water.Moping up after each shower.I didn't ask for above shower.I do like a ground floor room.

Hard to get a sun bed because people put towels on and did not return for hours

Nice choice of food for breakfast and evening dinner was a nice choice of different foods

The pillows too hard bit old need to be changed
