Our lovely welcome from the staff and bottle of champagne on arrival was so so nice! Breakfast - healthy options were amazing!!

There was construction going on right outside our window

Well-organized hotel. Staff are always attentive and helpful. Well-equipped gym that stands out. We enjoyed our stay and the hospitality!

Awful , I’d never stay there again

Everything , staff where rude , hotel room was dirty , food was awful

The food was mediocre, lots of choice but not great quality. WiFi is very poor.

Quite good evening shows but badly attended. Only one small notice. The hotel should publicise them better wittl rgewr posters at reception and the entrnce to the dining room.

Staff were very friendly polite and efficient

Buffet dinner food could have more variety available for the main dishes, especially vegetarian

Hotel was spotlessly clean everywhere. Excellent breakfast and very good dinner. Great location near the bars and shops on the main street. 10 minute walk to the beach and port.

Nice hotel in good location

Check in was very slow, we arrived around 7:30pm and found the check in took longer than necessary Requested a late checkout and understand this is based on availability, however we were leaving the hotel @ 5:15pm and there was alarge group who had just arrived and were queuing to check in. In those circumstances a late checkout was clearly an option for our party of 4 even just one room, disappointing that this was not even considered an option by hotel.

Food….breakfast was ok, evening wasn’t to our taste, quite bland..!

Breakfast was good and evening meal was ok. Room was nice and spacious and overlooked the pool which was great for us.

The evening meal was not great, many dishes did not go together so a bit of a mish mash.

Not enough space around the pool for the number of guests you have. The basement dining area is not great.

We only stayed for one night as we were booking into a villa with family the day after. We had a great stay and the room was excellent - comfy bed, clean and spacious bathroom, good coffee, nice outdoor seating area and the hotel is in a great central location. Breakfast the following day was good.

Saltwater pool freezing. Evening buffet absolute horrible everyone was talking about it. Would stay again on a B&B basis.

Friendly staff, nice location, in the center of Corralejo shopping and amusement area, walking distance from several beaches. Exceptionally good dinners and breakfasts.Kids club was amazing.

Spacious, clean, modern and plenty of outside space.Lovely restaurant/breakfast room. Plenty to choose from.Dinky little balcony which we read for a while after breakfast.Staff lovely.I would definitely return and I would recommend it.

Everything. The location, the cleanliness, the way the hotel is built (just two rooms on top of each other and not a big building with many floors), the staff was friendly, especially the reception staff. We had half pension with buffet and it was quite nice too. Also was great that there was cleaning every day and they did not make a big fuss about the towels. The bath towels were changed every day and the beach towels could be changed at the lifeguard at any times. We tried other places where it was very limited how and when you change the towels.

Small thing: the bathroom has frosted glass door and a glass towards the living room. If you want to use the bathroom in the night, and turn the light on, both rooms were lit up - not so good if you travel with children who wake up from the light? Also our children’s sofa bed was really bad, uncomfortable and squeaky noise every time they turned or moved?

Great breakfast. Lovely room and great facilities.

It would have been better if the pool had been heated.
