    Pros +

    • I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very mixed experience. The biggest issue was the room: at night, cockroache appeared, which was honestly terrifying and made it hard to sleep. On one extremely hot day, the air conditioning wasn’t working, so I had to sleep with the window open – and of course, mosquitoes came in and bit me. Thankfully, the weather cooled down after that, so it wasn’t a problem for the rest of the stay.On the positive side, the pool was absolutely beautiful and very spacious. However, there were not nearly enough sunbeds for the number of guests. It felt like a daily competition – people woke up early in the morning just to reserve spots with towels and then disappeared, which was really frustrating for everyone.Food-wise, the main dishes rotated regularly, and considering the price, I would say it was quite reasonable. The restaurant staff were incredibly friendly and seemed very professional, which made every meal more enjoyable. I also want to give special thanks to the housekeeping team – they were very kind, attentive, and even remembered small details that made me feel cared for.One more thing to note: my room was on the third floor, and there was no elevator. Carrying all the luggage upstairs can be quite a workout.Overall, the hotel has some wonderful staff and nice facilities, but a few issues made the stay less relaxing than I had hoped.
    • Food was more or less same most days , not much variety .but it was enjoyable but didn’t want the same all the time.
    • I had 1 week holiday at O7 aloe Corralwjo with my partner. We had a few issues during the first days: cold water, Wi-Fi tv not working, and the cleaners cleaned and changed out linen after more than 2 days. We did complain at the desk and the competent manager helped to solve everything. Staff very kind. Besides this we had a pleasant holiday.

    Cons -

    • You could put a larger variety of food. Children were not supervised getting meals . Very untidy . Not value for money.
    • Nothing, happy with everything.
    • We had no hot water for three days and rooms still need work and cigarette buts not picked up and seems scruffy

Staff were very friendly, always a hello and a smile, food was very good, a large choice, the small Italian restaurant was excellent. Short or no queue for the bars, the pools were good and the whole place was very clean.

    Nothing, happy with everything.

Good location, good value for money

Same food - no variety, kind of old and damaged facility : walls, pool tiles, toilets, etc

Great display of variety of foods for all meals. Breakfast was the best, sometimes lunch and dinner was repetitive.Kids' club staff were so kind and nice events put on for the kids.Common area was kept really clean and pools were spotless with a deep clean carried out each morning which was welcomed.

My experience was affected by misleading information regarding the apartment's bed setup. When booking, I selected the option for three single beds, as I was traveling with a child and adult and needed separate sleeping arrangements. However, upon arrival, I found that the room was set up with two single beds in the bedroom and a sofabed in the kitchen, which was not what I had expected or chosen. I was also charged €157 extra for this option when in theory it was the same had I selected "sofabed".The booking description did not make it clear that there was a distinction between the bedroom and living room area. This caused some confusion, as I was led to believe that I would have the three single beds within the same room, rather than the setup I received. Other hotels in the area make the clear distinction that there is a bedroom with X beds and a living area / kitchen with a sofabed. Unfortunately this hotel did not show the difference. When I pointed this out to reception staff when leaving I was told to take it up with booking.com!When I asked the staff member that day about the incorrect bed situation, she kindly showed me a two bedroom apartment and for an extra €15 a day it could be ours but upon viewing it was a poolside apartment which we didn't want and wasn't aswell maintained as they apartment we were first given. While the hotel itself was generally pleasant, I was disappointed with the inaccurate room description, which led to unnecessary inconvenience during my stay. I hope the hotel updates its listings to avoid confusion for future guests. The kids club gate was not closed each time - it was dependent on staff who were on. Also the adult outdoor gym is in the same vicinity as the area of the kids club and it's not appropriate that adults can come in and workout next to the kids club. Adult's games of archery took place with many arrows flying around while kids club was on.

Nice pools and area. Food was good. Friendly staff.

Sunbeds were taken really early in the morning, if you missid it , where no free sunbeds. Only 1 pool, children’s pool, was heated. Terrible wifi!

Everything was great, can’t fault it, definitely would return. Very good value for money you pay. Love that place is trying to be eco friendly

Food at buffet a bit repetitive, but that’s expected and wasnt an issue

    7RobertPosted on: 2-15-2025

Catering throughout was very good. Rooms were clean. Pool areas very well maintained.

There are too many steps and too few handrails. Whichever floor your room is on, you will need to use steps throughout your stay.

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price

I was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel. First of all, the entrance and reception area look very outdated and really need a refresh. I had planned to book a SPA session, but unfortunately, the person in charge was sick, and my appointment was simply canceled without any alternative offered, as I was leaving the next day. It seems like there is no backup staff, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. The food at the main restaurant is quite greasy, which was disappointing as well. Regarding my room, while it was acceptable, many things needed renovation: - The door wouldn’t close properly. - The living room table was damaged. - The mattress was of poor quality, making sleep uncomfortable. Additionally, there is no heated pool, which is a big downside. Lastly, while the hotel is located in Corralejo, it is far from the town center, almost at the dunes, which makes it less convenient for getting around. I paid €1,700 for 5 nights (€340 per night), and for this level of service, it honestly feels like a rip-off. I would not recommend this hotel at this price point.

You can’t ask for any more for what you are paying! Loved the pool areas including an adults only area. The food although typical of your 3* resort was tasty, changed every day with fresh meat/fish cooked to order and the italian restaurant was superb, all inclusive drinks good with help yourself soft drinks/ coffee/ water. Our room was clean and tidy although it was basic. Staff were all friendly and attentive. We were very worried after reading some reviews but there was no need and for some where cheap and cheerful for winter sun we would definitely return. Fuerteventura itself is cheap to eat out/ drink so we did this a few times too!

Snacks served 3-5 were a bit disappointing but kept you ticked over. Evening entertainment was just your standard resort. Big pool was freezing but there is a smaller heated pool. I would say you can’t expect to spend a full 7 - 14 days in the hotel as it may get repetitive/ boring but theres lots of lovely bars, cafes, restaurants and things to see in Correlajo you’d be daft not to leave the hotel!

Staff were very friendly. Swimming pools were well maintained... child friendly. Food was good for an all inclusive hotel.

No hot water in our shower for 3 days after repeatedly advising reception. Was eventually fixed but still was pretty poor and not very hot. Just about got warm. Very dated hotel, chairs have been there for about 30 years. Definitely needs a revamp to justify the price.
