Hotel Arena Suite - Adults Only

Spacious clean rooms with large comfortable bed. The bathroom and shower looked new and was very clean. Welcome drink and fruit was a nice surprise.

Due to not being allowed to move tables together in the main restaurant to accommodate 5 of us, we were put in a separate room out the back, with mismatched furniture and bad lighting. Not a nice environment for evening meals. Or if there was room, they squeezed us into the small terrace - which was right by smokers. So not ideal if there are more than 4 of you in your group!

Extremely noisy at times at night due to crowds of drunk mature Brits talking loudly around the pool after the hotel night entertainment.Walls seem to be made of smoking paper ,you could hear neighbours showering,going to the loo and even a last minute fart .Mattress was very uncomfortable, very hard!Check in staff gave me vage explanations about the facilities of the hotel

Reception staff were great.

The room .The lack of power points was a joke.The table where the electric kettle was didn’t have one . We had to put the kettle on the floor to use it. There was one in the back of the wardrobe which was useless.The bathroom towels were the worst we have ever had to use. The room floor was never cleaned during our nine day stay. After six days we had to ask at reception to get our waste bin emptied because it was full.The Hotel states that it takes 20 mins to walk to Town. It is a good two miles and it must have been an Olympic Athlete to do that time.The food Served in the restaurant was bland and repetitive. The fresh fruit offered was awful.

Staff were amazing. The room was outstanding very large. All areas were exceptionally clean. Very willing to help with question. Food was good, entertainment very good

we arrived and was met alex at reception and everything from there got better, all the staff were polite and very helpful, the food was great and a good selection there was something for everyone the pools were great and plenty of sun loungers around them also a pool bar with plenty there for all ages, the entertainment in the bar was good and somthing different each night, found for the amount of people there it was quiet and relaxing,the rooms very clean and kept that way , the towels were changed every two days unless you needed it done before you just asked one of the cleaners,

there was nothing to complain about we was well looked after.

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was large and modern and very clean. Great location and only a 10 minute walk to shops and restaurants.

The food at the hotel was not very good so we found ourselves going out to restaurants, despite paying for an all inclusive package.

Very good dinner, every day was something different. Nice location, just a walking distance from Corralejo main town and Corralejo Dune park.

Wi-fi in the room might be a bit better, but it wasnt an issue

Entertainment very poor, first night duo excellent 2nd night acrobats very poor didn't like at all and 3rd Micheal, supposedly Reggae singer at best very poor Karaoke singerDisappointed that in premium drinks no Smirnoff Vodka at pool bar or Red label whisky and in main bar no red label whisky also We loved the hotel and we thought the lounge bar for the evening entertainment was quite tired, could do with an upgrade

The room and the meals were very good. There was a bottle of red wine as a welcome gift and every day they left two bottles of water in the room. Entertainment was a lot of fun.

Cocktails don't look good. I only tried the Negroni which was not good, but there are other options like wines and beer so it is not a big deal.

Everything is beautiful very clean and the staff is amazing!! All-inclusive has lots of options ans food is very fresh

We was victimised from the moment we arrived put out the back room away from the restaurant .Told off by sos guards about food & ice cream by pool when lots of other people did the same but nothing said.It was our second & last ever visit to this hotel.

The rooms are spotlessly clean and nicely furnished with a great comfy bed! Food was plentiful with a good variety.

The sun beds around the pool are very close together giving a very cramped feeling when sunbathing.I also didn’t enjoy the evening entertainment so didn’t stay in the bar ( which is the only place to access the all inclusive drinks in the evening.) but overall I would still rate this hotel as good value for money

Lovely room and pool area

The food just did not do it for me on any level, but that’s just me. I’m not a fussy eater - more of a plain eater and everything was in sauce. In the end we just did our own thing and dined elsewhere

Room was excellent ...everywhere was spotlessly clean.. staff were lovely... heated pool was a bonus

Both pools were a minimum of 1.50 metres deep which can be problem if, like me, you're a poor swimmer or not very tall.

It was a lovely place, the food was OK overall, rooms kept nice and clean, very spacious

The food was very samey every day, which is understandable for mass catering, a little less garlic in everything would be nice.

This is not a 4-star hotel-low-quality frozen food-noisy and drunk people messing around at night-no soap, shampoo nor shower gel in the room; even after we raised this with the reception, we had to buy our own

it is not a hotel, it is a club for English people, smoking and drinking all day. I didn't see when I booked it was all inclusive, that explains the kind of clients there were. I tried the breakfast one morning and didn't finish it and never ate there again. Anyway I wanted to discover things on the island. The price was fine and the room was perfect for me (I was alone), don't get me wrong, but the clients , the food, all the rest is terrible. People talking to each other from one balcony to another, partys with a theme every night until 23h and a little more sometimes. If you look for a real hotel, avoid Arena Suites.

Great hotel, clean, meals great something for everyone. Location fab, catered for all ages.

There wasn't not much to like really. Apart from people reserving sunbeds with towels daft o'clock in morning. And some left unattended all day, that shouldn't really happen especially when there was a note in rooms saying not permitted, it still happened!!. One tiny thing was please get another toast maker in dining room. One toasting machine to cover that many people was not ideal at all, causing major queues . But everything else fab
