Issue with ants in my roomFor 3 days in a row - I complained Cleaning should be better

The resort was very well designed with beautiful suites and lots of gardens. The location was very clean, the staff very professional and the food very good.

The swimming pools are not heated, with the exception of the activity pool and the small kids pool.

No glutee Free meals , only soya milk and vegetable drink … poor choice of fruits

Loved entertainment of the hotel. Very nice evening treater , darts , yoga … beautiful. The all inclusive meals aren’t impressive as no seafood : no clams , gambas . The kitchen should be more varied with option for gluten free and vegetarians .

My Fav Club is a let down

My Fav club bar is up flights of stairs and there is no disabled accessAlso the club sun bathing area has only about 30 beds in the sun 1st thing which where all reserved with towels from 6am and hotel didn't remove 1 despite numerous complaints

Nice activities : yoga, fitness , darts , theater( evening shows), dancing and show. Beautiful location and settle. Two issues : towels complicated to take for the pool that can’t be put on a room but has to put down a deposit in cash at the reception , that’s not convenient.Second the vegetarian option for drinks ( just same soya milk everyday ) or meals are hardly any , no gluten free at all. No variety of fruits or seafood ( no watermelon , no avocados , no clams or prawns ). The kitchen could be improved at that aspect.

The room size and number of pools was good. Staff were great.

No flexibility for late or early check out/in and poor facilities for changing when your room wasn't available. I tried to enquire about upgrading to my favourite club, but received no information about this. Not enough general sitting areas for the evening.

No parking a good walk from the town centre

Good location and clean

Reception staff not eager to help. Miscommunication and didn’t accept an external service despite their approval the day before. Rather than taking responsibility of their mistake they refused any discussion and I lost time - money and trust from invited people. A club but expect to have some cash as everything is given with a caution ( 20 eur for everything - for a family of 5 it was 100 each time you borrow anything ( towel / tennis equipment ) tennis facilities are aged and equipment in very limited and poor condition. On the website it tells you there are many restaurants but in reality only 1 is accessible without condition . As for a la carte restaurant be prepared to get access once in a week and to queue 30 min to book. Despite my complaints nobody answered me back and I keep receiving messages to rate my trip … so do I here ..

It's a beautiful resort with all the things you need. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The food quality is great and there are plenty of choices. If you wish to stay at the hotel during the day there are different pool activities, yoga, etc., and at night there is entertainment also. Everything was just excellent.Ps: please give some love to the local cats, especially to a ginger one who came every night for some treats

Rooms were nice and it is quite a handy location for corralejo main area

The plates in all the restaurants had a bit of a foul smell from the dishwashers it resembles the smell of a wet dog

All in all a fantastic stay staff very amenable facilities great as well as the food lots of choicer.

Very nice stay. Travelled with my daughter and slept on the sofa bed so as to give her the bedroom, and it was fine and actually fairly comfortable :)Room very clean and cleaned daily, pool areas also cleaned daily and spotlessly clean, restaurants were very good for all meals, we didn’t eat at the hotel every day as wanted to be out enjoying the area but when we did there always something to choose.Close enough to main town area to be able to walk easily, passing very nice bars and restaurants on the way.

Not a huge fan of the plastic cups for poolside but completely understand the need.

Staff and cleanliness

No cups when going for a drink No bread at breakfast just rolls they seem to start cleaning up 45 mins early as far as bread was concerned No towels changed on first night .

It was spotless and very well maintained with lots of options for food, bars pools etc. The staff were excellent, very helpful and welcoming. Very relaxing stay with lots to keep you entertained

Very little if I was being picky I would have liked a self service laundry on site

The room was great except for the balcony . Room 3141 the outside space/balcony was totally unacceptable a total let down. Not fit for purpose , we couldn’t use it as an outside space . We arrived at night or we would have asked to swap rooms

Room 3141 balcony or outside space is a disgrace Also when it rained we thought the water would come into the room because the drain could not take the water. Thankfully it didn’t rain for long, was reported and a maintenance guy did attend
