Liked everything about the property. Our apartment was very spacious, had every resource we could need and serviced daily.We took part in the daytime family entertainment by the pool which varied each day and thoroughly enjoyed it.We were all-inclusive and both the food and drinks offerings were excellent.

Breakfast was great especially the lady who made omelettes!Our room was good

Amazing 7 nights. Great hotel, very clean, amazing buffet. We went all inclusive - would highly recommend. Good drink and cocktail selection. Staff are so friendly.

Pools not heated. We went in March and we’re unable to get into the pools and they were freezing. Check in process took a while. Sometimes the buffet was very fish dish focused - most nights there was great selection between fish and meat.

Lovely hotel in good location, within walking distance to the main strip. There were shops, bars and restaurants within very short walking distance to the hotel. We went full board and the food was excellent with a good variety of food to choose from for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel is spotlessly clean including the outdoor areas and the pool area. The entertainment team were friendly and fun and there were plenty of activities at the pool during the day if you wanted to join in.. The restaurant and reception staff were also friendly and helpful. There was no problem getting sun beds at the pool. We were there for 5 nights and would return there again. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location.Playa Park Zensation was fabulous. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent- breakfast was incredible - vast selection to choose from. Evening meal was incredible too. Resort was spotless - I could not fault a thing.

Loved our stay, super comfortable beds in spacious suite. Excellent spa services and very good food. The hotel was fully booked but it never felt overcrowded. The only wish I would I have was for a somewhat heated outside pool. The water was just too cold to really enjoy it.

The pool was lovely, lots of food and drink options.

Bright and modern. Peaceful and friendly. Very close to La Capellania shopping, restaurants and bars complex. Reasonably close to Viejo Beach. Reasonably priced by Booking.com

Although it was a short break I didn’t take swimming trunks as I’d read that the pools we not heated.

The staff were friendly and happy and always had a few nice words to say to people when they greeted you.

The room at night was very warm . The balcony door was left open to help air flow and fan was on full.

The size of the rooms also the food was good and different each evening

This was booked as a surprise for a friend's 70th birthday. It was an overnight stay all inclusive.We asked for adjoining Junior Suites which were first class. Very spacious & well equipped. Plenty of plug sockets & USB charging points.At registration we were greeted by Mathilda who was charming, & she issued the four of us complimentary Spa passes. All the pool areas, shaded seating areas were excellent with plenty of chairs, sunbeds etc.The restaurant times for all meals were good & the food, especially salad ingredients, was very good.Dining area was bright & airy, & used items were promptly cleared.Another nice touch was a bottle of Bubbly was brought to our table to celebrate our friends birthday. Pre dinner, there was a very good duo playing by the pool. The later entertainment took place in the Theatre.All in all, everything was excellent, and although we only had 2days & 1 night there, we would have no hesitation in staying again, or recommending to others.

Self service coffee machine ran out at breakfast & having been in the queue for a good 5mins,it was a bit annoying. Also White wine dispenser ran out & wasn't replenished promptly.

Great hotel located in quieter part of Corralejo, close to city centre and beach. Clean rooms, lovely swimming pools, other activities include pool, table tennis, live music. Late bar at the restaurant. Food selection was infinite and very tasty. Staff was very helpful and friendly, caring for guests. Would definitely come back there and I recommend this hotel to anyone for nice and relaxing visit. Thanks very much for great experience at this lovely place.

Beautiful rooms (hair dryer, shower and hair gel, bathrobe. beautiful decor. we got an upgrade to a room for which I am very grateful to the reception, very nice. Localisation perfect 2 min it’s shopping centre,5 min to beach. Hotel amazing look. Personal very friendly and good.

On booking check in is from 14-23 and our room was not ready until 16:00, at 16:00 we only had 1 hour to relax in the pool Pool only open from 11-17 o’clock. Food cold, sausages tasted like plastic terrible scrambled eggs had a lot of water, juices when pressing oranges pineapple juice came out (someone could give information on the machine).Pizza margherita pizza had no tomato sauce at all and was terribly dry, the dough was very good.

Aircon would be niceDid have segregated bins in bedroom for recycling ♻️ however unsure of colours represented plastic/ paper etc. Some label would work !
