Really nice staff and services (pool, breakfast, reataurants, reception etc) Room looked like the photos. There is a free parking if you have a car. Overall very nice stay

Both swimming pools were very cold, one was slightly warmer but still quite cold.Although pool area not open until 9am and reservation of sunbeds wasn't too much of a problem. Would like to have seen reinforcement of their poolside policy stated on a board claiming that towels would be removed after 25 minutes if guests didn't turn up. We saw beds being reserved from 9am to at least 2pm!The pier outside and surrounding area looks tired and in need of TLCThe Hotel was quite a walking distance from town centre and decent beaches

The view from our room was absolutely spectacular. The room was clean and spacious. The shower was beautiful and spacious. The hotel staff were very friendly and quick to help. We will definitely be going back in the future.

We only stayed for two nights and didn't use the many facilities provided. The location is quiet, which is what we wanted, and the staff are excellent.

We had asked for a room on an upper floor, so we were disappointed to be on the ground floor where the view is not very good.

Staff great, rooms spacious and clean. Breakfast excellent Location great a little out of town but we enjoy the walk to the dunes and a lovely 20 minute evening stroll into Correlajo.. Spa an added bonus if weather not so good.

All good. Perhaps more choice for lunch snacks and dinner in evening could be more atmospheric but that’s why we prefer bed and breakfast.

The staff very friendly, bed very comfortable, room very clean, fantastic Spa, food delicious.

Spa is and was amazing Breakfast was so beautiful by the fountain, the fresh juice each morning and selection of breakfast was above and beyond.The aqua class and instructor was excellent The food was so yummyThe heated pool is definitely the most amazing thing about the hotel. They have so many pools.

Ants in room The room was massive, ( and we got the smallest one ) Bit too expensive at nearly 300 a night.

Breakfast and dinner were largely excellent, as was the wine list which was well priced.

We had a fantastic stay. The room (229) was gorgeous, comfy, and large, with a bath and amazing rainforest shower. We had a stunning view of the ocean off the balcony and a view of the pool out the bedroom door, the pool area was stunning, and the whole vibe of the place was quiet and calm. Spa equally lovely, the bar/reception is such a gorgeous space, and there's an easy beach walk to the local town. Total relaxation from start to finish.

I would recommend avoiding Olio restaurant - could barely eat our fish main. Other restaurants are lovely though... Japanese restaurant and pool side bar as our top picks.

Amazing hotel and facilities... we used the spa two times . I had Andrew for a massage first, and it was the best I have ever ever had an amazing experience . The food was of good quality flavour and choice

It was my friends birthday, and I asked if they did anything special or could help me set up balloons, and I didn't get any help, and they never bothered that was upsetting .

Spent 10 days in November in this beautiful, large hotel with great restaurants. The junior suite grand deluxe ocean view was clean, beautiful, spacious and with perfectly functioning air conditioning. It's useful to have the app on your phone, so that you can make reservations for the various restaurants on time. Compliments to Ricardo, waiter we met at the Japanese restaurant Himitsu. what an attentive and correct, customer-friendly waiter he is, hats off!All in all a great hotel for middle-aged guests. The adults only concept is wonderful and gives a lot of peace.

Too bad the rooms were not equipped with an ironing board and iron. We were allowed to borrow an ironing board for about 1 hour, so that was ok, but for a 5 star hotel I think that is a requirement.

Only limited sunbeds in the sun, people reserving them early morning by placing towels down. Buffet choice and quality was very average some nights.

Reception guys a little arrogant, one rude chap in the breakfast area. Wish the other beach restaurant was open.

Could hear everything through the door. Housekeeping closet was next door. Heard the housekeeping carts every morning at 645 and evening at 2230.

Beautiful hotel in a lovely location. Excellent facilities. Spotlessly clean. Fantastic friendly and helpful staff.

The property is beautiful and rooms are specious and best part of all was my spa experience wand the massages they provide.

Felt very much like a retirement home average age was 70 and staff were trained to provide service for 2/3 star hotel NOT A HYATT. I will not go into details but F&B is poor and so is customer care. Swimming pool is freezing cold while they should have one that is 28c but it felt more like 18c. Would definitely not go back and wish HYATT knew about the service not being up to their standards if a 5 star establishment
