H10 Ocean Dunas - Adults Only

Everything was so perfect. Sara at the reception was incredibly helpful and at hand for whatever we needed. The room was a dream.. Entrance hall into a curious shape bedroom with the bed positioned in a corner, beautiful en-suite bathroom and a private balcony with glass surrounding panels, table, chairs, and sun loungers with the most outstanding view of the marina and the Atlantic Ocean. In the morning we went to the dining room for breakfast fo find a very accomodating, clean, well organised and beautiful displayed selection of hot and cold food with the most perfect service from the staff.. What a lovely experience...

The thing we did not like was that we stayed one night only... ?

The staff were amazing. Every single one. Our room was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The food was fantastic and we felt like we were eating in a top class restaurant every night!Location was perfect. The hotel felt like an oasis in the hustle and bustle of the town. So quiet.The heated pool was such a bonus.We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended our stay by 3 further days!!!

The only negative was the location of our room (120)It was constantly in shade due to the trees and vicinity of the room itself.

Good location

The view…. As in there wasn’t one. Avoid bedrooms over the Irish bar, extremely noisy.

No light Music around the pool bar or at the pool area.

Well located. Comfortable room. Plenty of sun beds and heated pool. Friendly staff. Upgraded to half board at the hotel for a good price.

The evening meal wasn’t always the best but acceptable.Only on street parking available and wasn’t able to find a parking spot immediately outside the hotel for the week we were there.

Staff very friendly and welcoming, rooms are modern and nicely decorated, bed very comfortable. Pool area is really lovely. Plenty of sunlongers and space. The restaurant was very nice. Loads of choice at breakfast and lunch was very tasty too.

As beautifully peaceful as it is during the day the nighttime is AWFUL. We were staying in one of the garden rooms that backs on to McCathy’s bar. Live music goes until 1230 every night (it feels like you are IN the bar it’s so loud) and the bar closes at either 2 or 3 I can’t remember. I complained to the staff on the first night (of course it’s not their fault as they don’t own the bar but I do feel that these rooms should come with a warning) and they offered to move us for the second night but we were only staying for two nights so didn’t seem worth it (especially as the hotel is surrounded by loud bars so wasn’t really sure any other room would be better).

Amazing staff and location . JuniorSuite overlooked the pool area and was spacious and immaculate. Definitely worth upgrading . Breakfast was good . Hotel is adults only and so Tranquil . Most relaxing atmosphere

Great location, fantastic staff and overall a great stay with only some minor feedback / improvement opportunities. Irrespective I would definitely stay again!

Breakfast didn’t have as many options as other H10 hotels I’ve been to and the bed was a little uncomfortable.

Nothing not to like.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the H10 Ocean Dunas Hotel in Corralejo! The rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated, and clean. We particularly loved the large balcony that offered a stunning view of the garden.Breakfast was a true highlight! The selection was incredibly diverse – from fresh fruit and various types of yogurt to crispy rolls and croissants, as well as hot dishes like scrambled eggs and bacon. Vegetarians and vegans are well-catered for, too. We especially enjoyed the freshly squeezed juices, which added a special touch. There even were gluten free, salt free and lactose free options. The hotel restaurant was equally impressive. The dishes were not only delicious but also beautifully presented. A big thank you to the staff: they were always friendly, helpful, and attentive, which made our stay even more enjoyable.We are already looking forward to returning in 2025!

Nice Hotel all round.

Weather wasn't great this week - One TV option for English speakers might have helped for the occasional hour. There are 40 channels after all.

The welcome on arrival, the quiet and calm atmosphere. Very peaceful and relaxing.

WIFI is great in common areas. But in some rooms it's very weak.

The pool temperature. Pool should be heated in winter months. Dinner was ok, starters and desserts are buffets (medium choice) main courses are served from a large variety of dishes, however some did not taste that good. No choice of international TV channels.

Clean with good location

Immediately upon arrival, the gentleman at the front desk informed us that for technical reasons we had to move to another hotel for one night. No phone call or information before arrival. The standard of the room was supposed to be raised as a result and it was not. Not very professional and not very cool behavior.

Our rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the hotel itself was very quiet. The staff were incredibly friendly, and a special shout-out goes to the restaurant team for being so accommodating with our special requests. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Pool water for the first few days was a bit too cold.Dinner menu could be enhanced a little bit :)

Amazing stay from start to finish. Perfect location. 24hr reception staff. All staff super friendly, hotel relaxing friendly welcoming and quiet. Perfect if you want a child free holiday to relax. Stayed in junior suite perfect room dressing gowns and slippers balcony overlooking the pool with loungers
