We have stayed here for the last 15 years and the apartments are a little tired and need freshening up

Very small living/kitchen, sofa bed was broken my daughter slept on it and it was horrible, everything was old and in desperate need of repair, they cleaned every day but never refill the toiletries didn’t even have enough shampoo for the last day,the pool was heated, the location of the hotel is very good, close to the sea and port if you want to sea other islands

The hotel catered to all my requests promptly. The location is just great. The breakfast is excellent. The pool is very good. The staff cannot do enough for you.

I would like to see hand sanitizer available for guests to use upon entering a place where utensils are shared for breakfast. It was sometimes difficult to get a sun lounger.

Hotel Livvo. Great location beside the beach & bars & restaurants. Apartment was serviced everyday by housekeeping changing towels where needed. Great breakfast buffet choice & friendly staff. I travelled with my mam is who is 84 & her friend. Everything accessible & location key.

Pool area was small & not enough sun chairs for guests hence people out early from 7am onwards putting towels on seats. They have a 2nd pool but seems to be sectioned off for solarium.

The room was large and we where situated in the private pool area which was a bonus, very quite just as we like it and always a sunbed free at all times of the day.

The staff is professional, ensuring a smooth experience. The breakfast is extremely varied, offering a great selection to start the day. The flexibility for check-in is a big plus, making arrivals more convenient. Additionally, the location is excellent, providing easy access to key spots.

The room, located on the first floor, had bars on both the balcony and window, making it feel unwelcoming. It was quite noisy, and everything was old and poorly maintained. There was even a water leak in the bathroom. For a price of €150 per night, one would expect a four-star experience, but, with such a room, this was far from it.

Good staff, clean hotel, good breakfast, rooms nice with a small balcony. Pool area lovely with plenty loungers. pool was heated. We would definitely come back. Loved the location and although we were in a room on the busy street side they were soundproofed so heard very little.

As ever, the Corralejo Beach was spotlessly clean and comfortable. We've been coming here for many years and have not found anything that suits us better - friendly helpful staff, any problems dealt with quickly and efficiently, well looked after throughout and to cap it off, it's in an excellent location near the harbour, surrounded by lots of good restaurants and shops.

Location is perfect. Clean, pool heated

Location is great and most of the staff friendly and helpful. Pool area clean and tidy, plenty of loungers but gets very busy.

Room was disheveled. Cupboard door missing in kitchen. All the wood was broken and crumbling around the sink and loads of bugs around the sink had to use bug spray. Balcony door was a bit broken too. No toaster provided which was annoying as we was self catering. Asked for one at reception and never got one. There was a humming noise all night that we never noticed on our last stay.

Breakfast was very good value. I booked 3 rooms and I’m not too sure if the 2 1 bed apartments were allocated to the right people

Central, very clean

Basic, old fashion not even a smart tv and not enough kitchen items ie a small egg pan and small frying pan you can fry 1egg in!! Not adequate for a family of 3.Electric sockets were a bit dodgy and there were two flights of stairs, at night you had to walk in the dark up the first flight as there was no light switch on the ground floor!!

Interior decoration needed a freshen up. One electrical socket in kitchen broken.

The location next to the amenities was very good. The gym was old but functional and the breakfast was great
