Boutique Hotel H10 White Suites - Adults Only

Spacious rooms, comfy bed , really comfy Sun loungers at pool and balcony. Nice gym, small but good. Entertainment each night great fun.

Only heard the week of my trio that there was going to be works going on!

Great location, terrific food and friendly staff.

The location, the cleanliness, the staff, the room all facilities worked. The food wasn’t great at breakfast although there was a lot of it, the music in the afternoon and evening was poor and irritating if you just want to relax and sunbathe, sun beds constantly reserved by towels (and no one said anything) although we were told it wasn’t allowed so it should be policed. I felt the hotel was too expensive really for what it was. There was no information on day trips, places to go or sights to see, no leaflets in the lobby, no advice for tourists, no list of restaurants all of this local knowledge is very valuable and I expect to be informed rather than have to find it all out by myself. Not much to do in the immediate area apart from swim eat and drink- although I don’t like noisy tourist areas it was rather dull so I won’t be returning I am afraid. Not the fault of the hotel of course.

We loved our suite. It was spacious, modern, clean and comfortable. It was lovely to have a terrace to sit on. The sun-beds around the pool were super- comfy. We enjoyed the entertainment, especially the live singers. All the staff were friendly and helpful.The location was perfect, just 5 minutes to the beach and promenade.It was a very relaxing place, not too big!

We enjoyed breakfast but the evening buffet didn’t have a great deal of choice. We ate out instead.

Would have liked a kettle in the room, and maybe a draft excluder for the door!

Food was excellent

Our only complaint was being woken up two mornings at 6 30 by the people staying above us. They made a lot of noise walking over and back, going to the toilet etc

Staff were friendly. Facilities were good, room was nice and clean. Less than 5 min walk to the beach. 15 min walk to Playa Blanca resort centre.

Breakfast was OK, not great. Coffee machines didn't work a lot.

Dinner was just amazing, the room had everything I needed, location was also great, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. Would love to return!

Pool area was very good and nice bar outside.

there was a very bad smell in our room of sewerage when we arrived and when we complained, despite the best efforts of the maintenance staff, we were told by the manager that there was nothing they could do until the following day. It was only when we told them that we wanted to check out that a new room suddenly became available. This was a very poor response from the manager in dealing with this issue.

Great location and very clean. Good evening meal and breakfast. Lovely pool.

Shower didn’t work properly. No water three times. Workmen digging outside room.

The location of the hotel is good, the staff friendly and helpful, The room comfortable.

There were no sunbeds available unless you were out very early in the morning and nobody policing to stop people leaving towels on unattended beds. Not enough umbrellas for shade. Sunbeds too close together. Pool area is not big enough to accommodate the number of guests the hotel can take and needs repair to decking outside the cafe. The daily music entertainment was far to loud, particularly on the Sunday. The room could be cleaner, particularly the floor and bathroom, and lacked a full length mirror and drawers. The vegetarian food selection could be improved. Due to the sunbed and loud music we were forced to upgrade to enable us to have a more relaxed holiday without fighting for a sunbed and being subject to music which in some cases i would expect to hear at a nightclub in Ibiza.

As this was a business trip, I should have been advised before confirmation of booking, about the construction surrounding the room. I would not have stayed there if I had known.Disturbance from workmen (and other people from the street and car park wandering around - even at night. 10.30 pm there were 2 workmen back and forward moving the barriers and carrying things in their wheelbarrow. I reported this to reception the following morning and they told me nobody should be working at that time but it was a store area for colleagues...?7.30-8 am the workers arrived, parked outside the room and were loud. I normally travel alone for work and had I been on my own - as a single woman - I would have been very alarmed.Coffee machine leaked so didn't use. Cupboard housing the fridge and safe was extremely hot - so didn't want to put anything in the safe.Room certainly not representative of 4 star hotel. Wouldn't say it was a boutique hotel as that implies small and few rooms.Offered half board for inconvenience of construction - my husband went for lunch and was quite rudely told he should have booked it the night before - this was not mentioned when we checked in.

We loved everything about this hotel, staff were excellent and so attentive, food was excellent so much choice. All drinks were branded and the frozen cocktails were amazing.

This was our 2nd visit to H10 White Suites. Good sized spotless room. Lovely buffet breakfast and lunch in the restaurant (we were half board and swapped dinner for lunch). Comfy sunbeds around the pool. Short walk to Dorada beach. Supermarket over the road.

There were no tea making facilities in the room and no ironing board but not a major issue.

Did not like the buffet dinner every night. Was very variable, some really good some really bad and got a bit boring. If I stayed again I would do b&b but a bit too far to walk for dinner out every night in the town or in the marina

Adults only, quiet, relaxing and yet still near enough to town to explore

The hotel could have stuck to the rules a little more, ie, dress code for evening dinner, it states that men need to wear long trousers, a lot didn’t, some in fact wore swim shorts even in the evening, also you are told that beds can’t be reserved by the pool, people still did and in some instances left beds unused for 4 to 5 hours

Sun loungers were very comfortable and general area was nice and relaxing. Dining room was spacious and loads of food choice. Service was very good, when required. Very central to all amenities, 5 minutes walk from beach and 15 mins walk to main shops and restaurants.

The main issue was the room, it has a slight musty smell and the bathroom was in the centre of the suite and had no ventilation. The beds were fairly comfortable, but could be improved on.

Sunbeds all bagged by 8:30.Couldn't get a coffee to further relax in the restaurant after the evening meal. Had to leave to go and get one at the outside bar where often there were no chairs available.No kettle in the room. Coffee maker yes but we don't all drink coffee.

Very good quality of food, real alcohol, nice and helpfull Staff, great and not noisy localisation. You can always Find a place next to the pool or ask safeguard for help.

Air condition was working but not enough, during the Day it works all the time and the temperature still was around 25
