Boutique Hotel H10 Big Sur - Adults Only

The staff was friendly and helpful. They answered any questions we had about the island. A man at the front desk even helped schedule a COVID test for us so we could return home.

We stayed one night as a stopover enroute to La Gomera. The hotel offered a very comfortable, convenient base and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool & on the roof terrace. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

We don't like buffet dinners, so should have chosen B&B instead which we would do next time.

Lovely appointed and situated hotel on the beach by all the bars and restaurants. But very quiet at night we heard nothing at all considering it's location. So a great nights sleep on comfy beds........Brilliant! Swimming pool sunbeds always available no mad rush. 8th floor outside chill out zone brilliant views of the port and a Jacuzzi.Breakfast and evening dinner of the highest quality buffet style. Lots and lots of choice every night with your normal meat fish and vegetarian etc etc. And something exotic and different like swordfish, tuna steaks, etc for the more adventurous diner to try and sample. Already cooked food or for the chefs to cook to your liking. Breakfast the same very varied huge choice hot and cold. Overall a great dining experience.

Nothing........only thing I can say is the toilet paper in the rooms was very thin and cheap. But that's just a very picky thing as can't think of anything else.

The staff were amazing, all of them, specially Nikolaus, Ana S they were super nice and helpful and also Jorge... The location was greatCleaning was acceptable there was some dust in bathroom commode but nothing that bothers me

Everything was fine just some small point:1. Small ants were everywhere2. It would be great if I had cotton swabs in bathroom3. The bed was to hard for me4. Last day I came back at 6 am from Teide a woman was knocking the door constantly at 10 am to check the bar although I had no distrubtion sign on the door5. Food quality could be better

Clean all over. Comfortable good size room. Pool small but nice. Most of the staff were excellent.

A barman called Carlos was rude to me on the first evening and on the second evening he was giving my group dirty looks as we were having fun and enjoying the entertainment. He proceeded to make a lewd gesture to the face of one of the people in my group. This man shouldn’t be working with tourists.

Location is fantastic. Staff are super friendly and helpful.

The breakfast "hot food" is not hot,-- at best it is room temperature, luke warm. The chefs doing the eggs and omelettes, are not very friendly

Location is excellent and Chill out zone is recommended and all staff are excellent especially the Bar staff. Breakfast choice is really good and rooms are kept really clean.

Hotel is a bit dated which is why I didn’t think it was value for money, are not allowed by the pool until 9:30 which causes a dash for the beds.

Very good hotel, exceeding in customer care from the personnel. Very good wellbeing programme and possibility of using sauna privately. Free parking.

Food quality could be improved - the choice of food both at breakfast and dinner was very big, but I would rather have less to choose from but have better quality.Also, quite a pity that wellbeing activities (like yoga) were not available on Sundays and Mondays as they were great!

It's not a large hotel, that makes the bar and restaurant area are very comfy. The restaurant has an indoor and outdoor area. Food is very good with a large variety of dishes.

Breakfast buffets were average. Fried eggs and bacon were lukewarm warm.

+ Calm and pleasant overall atmosphere (furnishing, plants, subdued music etc.)+ Friendly and competent staff+ Firm bed with three pillows to choose from+ Spacious desk, proper wardrobe+ Aircon can be turned off. Aircon can be turned on while away.+ Nice breakfast/dinner terrace with seaview+ Rich variety of everything for breakfast and dinner+ Coffee machine in room. You can have a kettle and tea if you ask.+ Bathroom with a lot of room for your stuff and with five different body care products+ Parking area for guests right at entrance+ Gate with direct access to sea promenade and short walk to bakery, pharmacy, supermarket and the not-so-nice beach in the harbour area+ Rich wellness programme with five classes per day. I attended two excellent Yoga classes on the rooftop with ocean view!

- 15 or 30 minute walk the the two nicer beaches- Spa area closes at 6pm

I couldn´t have asked for more. It was amazing. from the welcome drink at the reception desk on arrival, beautiful pool area with bar and a restaurant where you could watch and hear the ocean. Room was wonderful, spotless clean with a great shower, comfortable beds and a big balcony. All the staff was amazing and the food was great as well

The restaurant - breakfast and dinner were good.

It often felt cramped. The bedroom not really big enough to spend time in, the garden and pool too small. While the food was good the service for preparing dishes - e.g. omelettes in the morning - was often slow/too many people queuing. It gives it a canteen rather than restaurant buffet feeling.The gym is not very inspiring.The surroundings, a string of "full English breakfast" style restaurants with large screen tv's or terrible crooners was rather depressing.

The location and staff and roof terrace was nice, drink prices ok, entertainment quite good too

The drinks bill was listed in code so couldn't tell what you had. Rooms had scuffs, the food was ok, the sunbeds were a bit cramped around the pool. Not as smart as H10 in Gran Canaria
