Ona Los Claveles

Price point and pool were very nice. Close enough to everything it felt very easy to walk

Everything was above expectations and as a frequent visitor to Los Claveles I felt completely at home. Elvis the lifeguard is a good friend, his attention to detail is exemplary, the pool is always warm and clean and free pool towels are of a high standard. Pete & Stacy and their staff at the restaurant are brilliant, food very good and very affordable.

There is absolutely nothing that could attract adverse criticism !

Beautiful apartment and so clean

Check in time (16.00).Check out time 10am that's ridiculous for a vacational apartment. Said it was so they could get it cleaned for the next person, we sat at the pool next to the apartment and no one went near it, including cleaners, and they would not let us have a late checkout ?

The studio was clean fresh bedding toiletries water and the staff were mega friendly let me have my room at 1pm instead of 4 the pool is lovely and plenty of sunbeds the snack bar was great friedly staff and good food

You could not use the lift wifhout a key which i didnt have

Lovely homely resort. The accommodation is really spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool area was lovely and it is a really welcoming, relaxed and friendly place.

Sunbeds reserved early with no one occupying despite notices saying forbidden. Restaurant opened for one night (understand their was staff sickness but no idea why not open following the one night)

Stayed here many times and apartments are always clean & tidy. Our apartment was one of the more recently refurbished units. Decor and furniture all looked good

The poolside bar / restaurant was shut (indefinitely) which is a real shame

The apartment was great everything you need is provided, Clean and very tidy complex plus the staff are cheery and friendly. Its so good we've booked again for June.

cleanliness

I used to own here and there is far too much entertainment now at the complex.It never stops this has put me off going again.No quiet time in the evening not everyone wants to hear second rate acts, singing off key and music getting louder and louder as night goes on. Sundays it is in the afternoon too. Far Too Much

I was very pleased with how comfortable was to get there and that it was away from the crowded places. And I had a terrace where I can lounge in the sun! Although was hoping for a balcony/terrace with more privacy, but still people were friendly and kept to themselves. Didnt expect to have 2 toilets though ? but all in all, I was happy with the peace and quiet vacation, as that was what I was looking for! The staff were informative and friendly, and the ladies who clean always said Buenas Dias or Ola, so no complaints! Also, the supermarket was nearby and there was either a mountain nearby to climb on or the beach and the city centre to have a walk in, you choose! Thank you Ona Los Claveles for taking care of my comfort!

Second time we have stayed here and will definitely come back. Great accommodation and friendly staff.

Restaurant was closed but plenty of options nearby.

Good quiet location Poolside bar Spacious rooms

No hot water for 2 days

Lovely pool area with plenty of sun loungers. Great pool bar that served good food and drinks at a reasonable / low price - €2.50 for a pint of beer. All staff friendly and attentive. All public areas really clean and well maintained. Decent sized rooms with regular cleaning.

The cleanliness of the rooms and the complex was spotless. The location was fabulous with not being far away from pubs and restaurants also The staff where also very friendly alsoThe onsite restaurant was amazing for breakfast and other snacks

I was so happy when I arrived to see the accommodation. The location of the room by the pool and the sun terrace made this accommodation exceptional. I have already recommended to my family in UK!
