We love the fact that the hotel has 3.pools

Very clean. Large room. Attentive staff

Bad location right at the top of the hill. Loud music played and talking through speakers on max volume every day. Mediocre food at best. Hot tap didn’t work in shower seemed it had been built that way on purpose.

Old but stylish, chic and well equipped hotel appartement. Pool view was fantastic but too noisy somtetimes because of other guests talking or laughing loud. Room was OK but not soundproofed and you could hear cleaning and or moving stuff early in the morning. It was very clean.

A room far from the swimming pool.

Apartments were perfect for our family holiday and were close to one another as we had requested. Staff were friendly professional and extremely helpful, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The apartments were well equipped and with everything needed for our stay. Special mention to Victor the life guide, what a friendly cheerful and helpful man ?

Love the hotel/apartments there. Only down side was the hilly location but knew that when booking. In attempt to burn off food/drink we had, we chose to walk to the front etc and didn’t take advantage of the free bus or local taxis that were plentiful. Regretted it on few occasions when it was warm etc.

Property and room was clean. No promblems with hot water. Pool could have been heated.

Pool water was too cool to stay in for swim.

We had breakfast on our fist morning. The dining room was very busy had difficulty in finding a table and by the time we got back to table food was cold. So we preferred to walk out to local bars and have breakfast

Hollywood Mirage is an amazing place to stay in Tenerife. The apartments are spacious, modern, and very clean, many with large terraces and great views. The resort is peaceful but still well connected thanks to the free shuttle to the beach and town. Pools are fantastic, breakfast is excellent, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Perfect for families or anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality stay. Would definitely come back!

I did not like I was there only for 7 days?

I liked the rooms kitchen, the kitchen tools and their variety. I liked the supermarket in the hotel, and it's variety.

Clean, spacious, well equipped. Firm mattress, large bathroom with shower over bath. Large balcony, nice quiet pool 2. Shuttle bus to the beach. 20 min walk to beach

Noise. Omg! First night some guests above us were moving furniture across the room for 4,5 hrs! I understand you have to drag beds on legs across, chairs etc to make a sleeping beds but 4,5hrs!? From 22.00 till 2.30. I had to complaint at the reception because it was getting ridiculous. You can hear everything from next door etc. Cleaning staff makes unbelievable noise as well, they bang mops on the floors, stairs. You won't have a good sleep.Sewage comes back up through the toilet.1 cockroach found in the bathroom the same day cleaning took place.

room big and nice and clean. Staff very friendly and welcoming. nice big pool. Lots of other amenties like gym and sauna etc but didnt use these. Food was good but not great, is a buffet and the food changed all the time which is good but they had quite a big choice of food availble

It’s fair priced, but it’s a bit settled on hill, so you have to walk uphill if you came back from center afternoon.

It’s a bit old, doors etc a bit rusty

The staff at reception were very helpful and checked in often. It was clean. Lots of options available at breakfast also. Options of pools, nice sea view

The room was sold as a one bedroom apartment and looked like that in the pictures. It is a duplex apartment with a spiral stairs up to the bedroom. This was not ideal with a small baby and was disappointing. The location wasn’t great

The apartment had everything you need including many uk tv programs. Cleaned to the highest standard.The balacony had amazing views over Los Cristianos to the sea.shops and restaurants are a short walk away. The staff were extremely helpful,especially Hector Diaz. Who made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel and will return.

Excellent Place to stayWe’ve just returned from a week’s stay in the Hollywood Mirage as a family of 4 plus 1 (mother in law), we had a two bedded apartment which was perfect……….. if i listen to other reviews, yes decor little dated but made up for the cleanliness which is a deal breaker for us, very pleased with the room! Plenty of pools although we preferred the main pool as we were with two children 8 and 14, animation team were fab music and games from 11-4 I think then some evening entertainment. We were self catering but the outdoor buffet/BBQ was great, food was well enjoyed and i travel with a very fussy bunch so says a-lot- it was €27 euros adults €12 for kids 6-12yrs, all you can eat buffet and live entertainment with table service which is nice touch.Location- the hill down into los Cristianos is a tad steep to say the least, however the walk down is a good way to see about but definitely taxi back up which was never more than €5 and very easy to catch from the taxi ranks. Would recommend the Taurus steak/Italian few minutes walk and also the shamrock irish bar on the beach (great breakfast).Hotel staff were a tap away on WhatsApp and helped us a lot with answering questions. Mini supermarket onsite which had the basics but the hipomarket is a must when self catering (taxi rank opposite) We also went to siam park which we were able to book tickets in receptionAll the reception staff were lovely and helpful . Great holiday, so great after the 3rd day we booked again for next year!!!!

Nothing we didnt like, the location/hill wouldnt be for faint hearted but taxis ate amazing and only €4/5 from opposite the hipo market in the town and hot water is hotter than the volcanos so be careful when running taps

The evening entertainment for children near the pool was varied and enjoyable.The breakfast and dinner menus were fairly diverse.The air conditioning system in our room worked well despite the hot weather.The on-site supermarket was very convenient for buying daily essentials.

On several occasions, the plates in the restaurant were not properly cleaned. Some still had food residues stuck to them, which suggests that dishes were not being checked after the dishwasher cycle. This is a hygiene issue that should be addressed.Housekeeping was not provided on a daily basis. During our 7-night stay, the room was cleaned only once, which did not meet our expectations.The main swimming pool was undersized relative to the number of guests. To secure a sunbed, guests had to queue from around 8:30 AM, waiting for the gates to open at 9:00. While there were two smaller pools on the other side of the hotel, they weren’t as pleasant or well-equipped.There was no hotel parking available, and we had to park on surrounding streets. This was especially inconvenient for elderly guests or families with small children, considering the uphill walk to the hotel from the main road.

Smell of weed from next door apartment this is a family orientated hotel not nice with that smell although just think I was unlucky to be next to it not prevalent throughout hotel

Family friendly environment, good location, solid shops for self catering needs, once you get passed the hill lol ?. Phenomenal restaurant "Taurus" personally I would look at a partnership with them, over 15 years in business and not a complaint from us eating there for the vast period of our holiday. Each bite is full of flavor and only a 2-5 minute walk down the hill by the taxi rank.Hotel is situated on the top of the hill at Los Cristianos, so is out of the way from the hustle of the party scene Veronicas and the main drags, so quiet enough to enjoy peace and relax without drama, but not far enough away that it's expensive to get to. Use local taxis not Uber saves the heavy cost. Facilities include main spa and hairdressers with smaller spa (personally they are awesome) and onsite small convenient stores with ATM (chargeable), 3 pools, main pool with bar, restaurant and entertainment, other pools more adult only thankfully. Solid hotel, great staff, friendly, professional, honest and helpful. Super clean and would possibly benefit from operating tours from the hotel as an operator.

The quality of food is poor, and demands attention but they are aware of this fact. Would be ideal prior to upgrading to see both rooms i.e. a few pictures just to show comparable. Limited to cooking utensils but otherwise stocked well enough for the basic self catering needs. Recommend an adults evening through the week, where there are no children, to allow the adults to bond and relax for those that don't have kids.
