Excellent location, closest to the mnt. Teide; friendly staff - especially many thanks to Angelo ???, perfect spa for relaxing ❤️❤️❤️The nights are so silent, and the sunrise is so picturesque!

The breakfast was the best part of this stay, you get to pick from a menu and then access to a buffet and the waiters were really friendly! The location is nice for the views and there is loads of nice restaurants 4 min drive away/15 min walk.

The rooms are really dated, and bathroom looked like it needed work. The spa also is not what I would consider 4 star, it has 2 saunas which was great but it lacks a 4 star feel, and the massages we got were not great as both me and my partner had neck pain after. There is also no bar, which would have been nice to have a separate bar area to relax in the evening, there was just a room with sofas and you could order a drink at the restaurant to then sit in there, but it lacked an atmosphere. We ate once in the restaurant for an evening meal and found it overpriced with small portions - would definitely recommend going to restaurants in the area! I am not sure how this is considered a 4 star hotel, I would say more like a 3 star.

Mesmerize location, super friendly staff, not overcrowded, quite and calm, perfect spa facilities with several saunas and huge pool, sophisticated and tasty restaurant inside, tasty and full of options breakfast, super cozy lounge room to spend the evening after the dinner.

Pricey, messy procedure of extras in spa like massages(need to book several times only to get rejected in the end due to full), you can't order any food or even the snack's between breakfast and dinner in the restaurant only the drinks.

The spa and pool facility is incredible. The bedroom was enormous. And the breakfast menu was the most extensive I have ever seen

Stunning location, charming hotel and excellent service. We stayed a in ground floor garden room, which was very spacious and comfortable. Choices of pillows. Powerful shower. Everything you need for a fabulous stay. Lovely spa with refreshing swimming pool, jacuzzi, two saunas, steam room, cold plunge pool and ice. Massages are available too. The breakfast was lovely - plenty of choice and dishes freshly cooked to order. The hotel foyer and wooden staircase are gorgeous. The lounge has an open fire in winter we loved the chess table. Restaurant was excellent - plenty of choice. Staff were friendly and genuine. Thank you to Vincent and Junior and the all staff for excellent service. The reception provides 5 star concierge assistance. This a special place which combines modern comfort and expertise of traditional hotel service rarely found any more. We will return as it was one of the loveliest hotel we’ve stayed in.

Lovely peaceful location surrounded by woodland. Large, clean airy room. Excellent breakfast and dinner with lots of choices. Good walking from the hotel and nearby village.

Location was impressive. Plenty of parking.

Property felt tired in places. Air conditioning was set to heat only. Spa was very tired and in need of upgrade. Outdoor pool was covered (so indoor). Many menu options not available in restaurant. Food quality was average. No one on reception when we arrived. Had to search for someone.

Helpful, friendly and welcoming staff - especially Vincente in the restaurant. The hotel is beautiful and set in large grounds with a great view. You can set out for short walks or long hikes directly from the hotel into the woods behind. We enjoyed the sauna,Turkish bath and pool. Breakfast was included and delicious with cooked choices and a large buffet. The room was very large and well presented.

Worth considering before booking is that you will need a car - or taxi from the town. The pretty town of Vilaflor is not well served with buses and is a fair walk away from the hotel which is situated up a fairly steep hill.

Very pretty location and good spa facilities. Slightly dated room decor but fits the mountain location.We liked the setting and the outside space, and the room size was also great. Overall the hotel has a very relaxing feeling and provides good access to walking, stargazing and the upper slopes of mt Teide - as well as some local vineyards.

Service at meals was slightly erratic and brusque. Food itself was ok but felt slightly lacking in quality given price.There wasn't a lot of information available about surroundings and activities. We have stayed at similar places with much more info on walking trails, local activities and things like outdoor activities - the hotels listing

Some saunas in the spa were off.

The spa was great and was open before and after check in/out times which was wonderful and gave us a lot of flexibility, if open a bit later it would be exceptional. Checkin time is very early which is great! The breakfast was great! but finishes a bit early (as in other hotels).

The reception. Sometimes not very welcoming, complicated process, takes long and not always respectful staff. Once we arrived early and left our bags there and were told that they would be put in our room when ready. Which was never done, I had to do it myself and anyone else could have picked up our bags, left in the hall nearly unattended... Merge the reception table with the reception room behind, that way the staff can do their stuff without looking like they are hiding in that back room and like we are bothering them when we arrive.In the room add blinds to the toilet door.

The location was excellent and the food was great in the restaurant. The staff were attentive to you and very friendly. The Spa was great and the location excellent for walking in the mountains. The weather was superb when we stayed for our walks and late afternoon relax in the spa and outside, but on a cloudy/rainy day the experience could be different If wanting to walk / sun bathe outside .

Amazing hotel! The best experience I ever had in Tenerife! Very nice and cosy hotel away from typical tourist area. Very peaceful and quiet!We celebrated our honeymoon night here. They made it very special for us and we felt very welcome .The hotel has a very nice spa included, plus the outdoor area is just fantastic. Thank you also for the gentleman with glasses in the reception, SPA lady with black hair and waiter who served breakfast cause all offered very good customer service.

The staff were superb - a very friendly and helpful team, helping us with restaurant reservations, drinks and a very easy checking in/out process. The room was nice and spacious. The spa facilities were pleasant and there was a nice restaurant and lounge area. The location is beautiful and a short walk or drive to town (albeit a big uphill walk back if you choose to walk)

The property is a little bit dated in appearance and showing a bit of a wear and tear in places. Our bed was very firm - too firm for me after a few nights.
