Grand Central Hotel

The breakfast and restaurant downstairs was great. Location was also very good but a little loud at night.

The AC couldn't hold up during the extreme heat wave. It was pretty hot in our room every single night - around 27-30 C which was uncomfortable.

In the center good enterier great.

No parking

The room has been renovated and was generally clean. The breakfast was good (but not a buffet like the pictures). The bed was good. It is a great location. The room was quiet when the windows were closed. The service in the restaurant was very friendly.

The shower did not drain. I had to open the cover and pull out a month's worth of hair and slime to get the drain to work. The shower shampoo had not been refilled and hardly any came out. There was a hot water pot, but it had water left in it and had not been cleaned. There was only one tiny coffee cup and no coffee or tea. The AC did not work, only heat. We could open the windows, but street noise made it so we had to close them to sleep. There was only one night stand so one of us had to put stuff on the floor. Parking was around the corner and we were told it would be a couple of dollars, but ended up being over ten dollars. Breakfast was good, but was from a fixed menu of 5 options - we saw pictures of a buffet in the ad. We could have fixed the house keeping issues with requests, but we were only there one night and it was late.

Great location and the restaurant was great. The air conditioning worked really well and it wasn't too noisy with a comfortable bed and shower pressure was great.

The room we were in was quite small for 2 people and 4 suitcases. We tried to upgrade but there were no larger rooms available at the time - they do have larger rooms so I would suggest booking a double or triple if you want space. I've stayed at other places in Bitola in the past for way less and a much bigger room.

Perfect location near the Shirok Sokak, staff was extremely polite and professional. I forgot my shoes in the room, the staff was keeping them while I send somebody to take them. Delicious food / breakfast and service.

If you are staying in Bitola we highly recommend this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There is a lift so no need to carry your luggage up and down the stairs. Breakfast was excellent. We had number of days in Bitola. We only ate at the restaurant. The food was great and in big portions. Price was very reasonable. So stop looking around for a hotel in the area and just book this place. You want be disappointed. M&L from Australia

My only recommendation yo the hotel is that you provided a jug for coffee but no cups or complimentary coffee. This was not an issue for us but it may be for others.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. The hotel has an amazing restaurant with brilliant food. The staff were very polite, professional, very accommodating.The location was perfect! I would recommend this hotel to anybody to come and experience perfect service.

Just a little suggestion. In the rooms there is a kettle but no coffee and tea. It would be nice when you wake up early to be able to make yourself coffee.

The boutique hotel has a great location to visit the old town of Bitola. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly and helpfull. The only negative thing was that the breakfast stats a bit late, at 8 a.m.

Great sized room. Restaurant downstairs is very yummy, wonderful location right in the heart of the city.

Parking is hard to come by in the neighbourhood. But you will find within 100-200 meters

New hotel with a good location in the city center.

There is too little staff; the hotel has no permanent receptionists, and the restaurant waiters have to run over to assist guests, resulting in long waiting times. The rooms lack toiletries, and even the TV remote was missing.At breakfast, none of the menu options included the full selection that was supposed to be provided according to the menu.

How the hotel is presented creates far more expectations than what is actually happening.It looks more luxury but actually it isn’t at all,the rooms are more like Airbnb rooms not so cozy and spacious,,the elevator is unacceptable and I didn’t find it as clean as I would like.When booking it was referred that parking was available but they mean a parking lot nearby with extra fees.Also the staff was kind but I felt like there were not enough employees I could say and of course as it usually happens with the bare minimum knowledge of English.Also we were disappointed by the breakfast as it works in a way that there are 5-6 available menus and you have you choose one,for example I use to eat sweet breakfasts and there was any choice for me and although every menu was supposed to include a sweet cake it never came,likewise some other things that they were referred but missing from the menu.However the location is great as long as it is in the city centre and you are able to see the town by foot.

Great location and helpful staff. Small room but that was our choice, good restaurant on premises. We arrived early and they facilitated this beyond their obligation.

We were amazed by this hotel,placed in the heart of the city,with cozy atmosphere,warm and friendly staff,clean room,and the gourmet cuisine of the restaurant ,made it a very pleasant stay for us

Good new building with comfortable rooms and daining room. Nearby the old town.

Hotel with 4 stars but without the own parking. Inside it vas little cold (night temp was -4°C).
