- Perfect location
- Incredible view of four volcanoes (two active) from 6th floor lobby and restaurant balcony. Excellent employees. I forgot my guest laundry, and they brought it to my room. Located in Paseo Cayala. Breakfast reasonably priced for a hotel
Cons -
- The bathroom shower it was so dirty and full of mold and mildew very gross ,I didn¿t feel confortable taking a shower feel so a friend to catch a fungus on my feet and body. Towels so black and looks very disgusted do not recommend at all
- Room a little cold, and adjusting the thermostat didn't seem to help. I didn't complain. Maybe they could have quickly fixed it.

Perfect location
