- The staff was superb. The receptionist, security guard and airport shuttle driver were excellent. I felt welcomed the minute I walked in. They made excellent suggestions and helped me so much with making decisions.
Cons -
- Always when I stay in this hotel, everything is amazing cleaning services and accessibility
- The front desk Personnel is the most rude and vulgar person working at the customer service level. I'm planning to visit Guatemala very soon , I hope to see better personnel. Kudos to staff
- The bed can be slightly softer.
