Friednly staff and very good beds!

Room was a bit too small!

Five stars for the staff. We stayed here because our broke down in the motorway, while driving back to Switzerland, and needed to spend the night. The staff was extremely understanding of our situation and went great lengths to help us with different enquiries. They even gave us a bag of pastries for the trip back! It's a blessing when you come across people who love their job. It really shows.To the staff: keep doing what you do! You really stand out in the budget hotel universe!

For our purposes of travelling through the area, this place was perfect for our needs. The staff were friendly and efficient and check in and out was efficient. We didn't eat but the bar area was comfortable. We could see our parked car from our room which was useful.

Excellent location south of city, easy to reach & find. Ample parking spaces in n a well lit site. No noise at night when window shut. Room very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice & of good quality too.

Couldn’t get tv in room to work, but only stopped 1 night so didn’t bother the staff with complaints .

Staff are very helpful , it’s a clean friendly hotel mostly designed for a stopover , Tomis a bit small but bed very good aand the bathroom efficient

Only thing is the room is small but for a night or two the surroundings and staff make up for it

Breakfast rubbish.It finishes at 10 and we went at 9.30 and nothing was left.When challenged all we got was a grim faced cleaner.

The breakfast was very complete, lots of different food to choose from. Very friendly staff! The bed was comfy.

The doors of the rooms were not well settled and was very noisy, the slamming doors woke us up very early. A recommendation: please check and fix the settings of the doors. It would improve the sleep comfort a lot.

Too expensive when considering how basic the facilities were....limited towels and no tea or coffee on the room

The breakfast buffet was quite disjointed. It wasn't very clear where everything was - didn't realise there was the second half - cheese, ham, etc until he sat down

The location was okay, however, the staff was incompetent. We were charged twice for the room and as of today they are ignoring our demand for the return of a refund for paying twice.

Thé staff and management, they are not working to correct there mistake, they are ignoring our demand to return our money.

Room very small. Breakfast selection was adequate but concerned that tongs weren't provided for picking up cooked meat and cheese etc. Staff not particularly welcoming and made no attempt to speak English, so I tried with what little French I knew when I had a query with the bill. Also we were told we couldn't eat in the restaurant that night as it was booked for a private function. Disappointed as we had travelled from southern Spain and didn't really want to have to go and look elsewhere to get something to eat!
