New City Hotel & Restaurant Nis

Great location and staff. Really nice and large rooms.

We had just stayed in this facility the week prior and the experience was lacking, however this time they really picked up their game!! We had a nice room, very clean, the breakfast had also brought in different staff, so this was also clean, well kept, and pleasurable.

The front desk staff was great.

The room was not cleaned by the staff. Day of my check out the housekeeping staff was playing around, being loud, which explains why my room was not cleaned . The kitchen staff left tables dirty, there was no silverware available except some sparse silverware left on tables. Staff was not around this morning to request assistance with the lack of silverware.

Nice, clean, warm.

They have their own parking, but it was fully booked and they don't have other solution.

The hotel is right in the middle of the city center, just a couple of minutes on foot from the fortress. Our room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good too.

The AC is locked and you have to call reception every time. They change the fan speed themselves... including during the night.

This stay was our 3rd-4th stay in this hotel, so it is clear, I like it. High quality hotel at a reasonable price, clean rooms, friendly staff, spacious and comfortable rooms, good air conditioning, very close to the fortress of Nis and the center of the city. Breakfast is high quality, offering both international and local selections. Summing it up, this is high quality place in Nis, it would be highly rated in any more touristic destinations.

Well, charging for city council's parking spaces in the weekend as hotel's parking- that 10 Euro does not really matter, but somehow odd. But do not bother:- in New York or similar places, they do much more crazy things- next time, when I am around there, I will stay at your hotel, no matter of parking fees

Nice place to stay in Niš. Just in Downtown.. Parkimg was available and all was easy.

Breakfast was ok

The room had dusty and smoky smell, the bed was uncomfortable and creaking. The windows couldn't be closed completely, so we were enjoying the concert outside, the voices and cars all night long.

Soba je bila komforna i velika. Dorucak je takodje bio jako dobar.

Dusek na krevetu je bio jako neudoban, federi su se osecali na mnogo mesta. Jastuci su bili pretvrdi.

This is the third time I have stayed here. It has a great location and clean rooms and comfortable beds, good selection for breakfast and the bar is well stocked up with different drinks

In the city centre, clean and comfortable room, nice and friendly staff, overall very good hotel.

The cleanliness, the space of the room and the location were great.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable, but could be a personal preference. The staff in the lobby seemed like they didn't care about the guests, since I waited for a cup of coffee for like 30 minutes. Plus they didn't have any artificial sweetener, which is a must for any hotel of that stature.
