Disappointing behaviour

The hotel sent us a message the previous night before our arrival telling us that there was a heating problem and that they had to close the property for three days to repair it..We only saw the message the morning on our way to the city.When we arrived the manager-owner? told us the same and advised us to cancel the reservation and he would refund us for free..He didn’t even apologised nor he asked us where we would stay..The last minute we had to look for another hotel and we spent half of our day to find another decent accommodation..The same night we passed again outside of the hotel and we saw lights in many rooms and in booking app there was availability.,,Booking charged us the insurance (9.70euro for the cancellation despite it was not our responsibility ??

The bed and the pillows were verg comfy. Bathroom was really good.

No elevator but not a big problem.

The apartment was clean, nice, modern and well equipped.The staff was pleasant and nice.There's a cake shop as part of the hotel The breakfast was excellent with a choice from 8 meals.We had a nice time enjoying the coffee, cakes and the whole stay.I will stay again in the Garni Hotel Lotos on the next Nis visit.

Прво наместо комфорна соба како што беше наведено во описот добивме пре мала и претесна соба за 4 возрасни лица со брачен кревет и фотељи кои се отвораат и не беа воопшто пријатни за спиење.Побаравме друга соба, која само за некој квадрат беше поголема од претходната.Второ појадокот беше толку оскуден и сиромашен и ако не побаравме надополнување не носеа.( buffet )Кафето што требаше да следи со појадокот( како што напишале на booking) ни го наплатија,800 српски динари за 4 кафиња.Ни наплатија и паркинг по 10 евра на ден,а пишува 5 евра(паркингот беше на тротоар).Прописна рецепција не постоеше се беше хаотично,ама кога требаше да се плати туристичка такса и за паркингот девојчето (што не знам во која функција беше таму ) инсистираше да и платиме веднаш Иако и реков само дај ми 10 - 15 мин. време да одморам од 7 саати возење во еден правец.Во јули кога резервирав имаше оцена над 9 на booking сега е падната на 7.5Со престојот таму увидов зошто е тоа така.Со среќа понатаму во работата.

Good location near the Delta City Mall, clean room and toilet.

The terrace was full of pigeons and their poop. Not cleaned at all, smelling on pigeon poop. Parking is available with paying, but parking is on the street, that is not safe enough for the car.TV was not working in the roomThere was “breakfast” included, but when we went to get it was really poor.

Room was a totally off from the photos.. some parts were in such a bad shape... bathroom with mold and missing shower door...

This is second time staying at same hotel and same room 301. All in all everything good especially kindness of the staff. The location is 15 min walking from main square or from Delta shopping mall. Parking provided. Nice cakes shop/ restaurant.

I have seen that in the bathroom some applications such as for liquid soap dispenser been out. Simply just a screwdriver is required ti fix it back.

The room was clean and warm .

The whole place stunk cigarettes . I had a small child with me and we were supposed to have breakfast in the morning but with that smoke it was impossible to eat or enjoy it . We all ended up with the headache in the end . It’s not the best place for non smokers or families with kids .

room is dirt with a lot of small garbage on the floor, upholstered furniture in white bio stains, no duvet covers for blankets I booked family double-rooms hotel-room with 1 big bed + 2 single beds , but I received normal hotel- room ( 1 bed + 2 sofas) . Room prepared for 2 guests, we should prepared 2 beds for children by my self. Personal canceled my reservation at 00.00 , but I booked special offer- late check-in for 1.00

This was our second stay in Garni hotel Lotos and we recommend it to everyone. Rooms are clean, the staff is pollite and helpful.

Arrived late. Staff very pleasant & accommodating. Had 2rooms. One a little dated but very cute. The other more contemporary. Good size, comfy bed, good bed linens. Restaurant on ground floor. TV had shows In English. Beautiful soft carpet in room. Small refrigerator in 1 room, not in the other.

Water on landing in between floors. Told staff, they didn’t take care of it so I did. Mold in shower, room 202.

Friendly staff , room was clean, hotel is new, everything is new, everything is perfect 10.I will come again definitly

It was difficult to reach the reception, and an additional 5 Euro fee was required for parking.

Poor

The air conditioner wasn't even cooling itself. the restaurant and the hotel were adjacent. Although there was a smoking ban inside, everyone was smoking, smoking a lot, the smell was coming into the room unbearably. The room was stuffy.I had to leave the hotel early. I will never book a place at that hotel again.

Room clean. Beds cosy.

Unfortunately very bad experience. Parking fees requested from staff regardless it was included in the cost of the accommodation. After taking a shower, a glass door broke down (very likely already impaired before). No worries about the health of guests from staff side, but the room was changed. On the next day, money was withdrawn from our credit card (from hotel’s owner) without saying any word. After a reclamatiion, no effort to resolve the situation from the staff. We consider it to be very unfair. Thanks Booking. com for stepping In that case and helping us.

The caffe is okay.

We got a room in the attic, which was so small and the space in it so cramped that we couldn't open the suitcase unless we moved the bed to the side. The bathroom seems unfinished, and when you take a shower, the water goes into the hallway because there are holes between the bathroom and the hallway, which makes no sense to me. The whole night there was noise from the other rooms, it was too warm inside, the air conditioner barely worked. I would never come here to sleep again. The cafe is ok, and as for the hotel, skip it. Otherwise, the hotel is under renovation and everything is dirty, the rooms were clean, but not functional.

Prize. Location, it was close to the highway, it was a stopover for us, so it was a benefit. We arrived late, and we could check in, though the check in time closed an hour earlier than expected. New, nice furniture, comfy bed.

We are a family of 6. We booked one apartment with 2 bedrooms, a living room and a kitchenette, but we got one room with 4 beds and one double room on the other side of the hotel with a different entrance. It was difficult to manage with our 4 children because of the distance, we had to walk a lot between the rooms with the luggage after a 14 hours long drive. We should have got breakfast, it was the main reason why we chose this place, so we can leave early and continue the long trip, but there is no possibility to get a breakfast. The staircase was stinky, smelled like cigarette and was under reconstruction, there was strange water plots and something brown liquid on the floor of the staircase( but the rooms were very clean)

Actualy the hotel is under finishing reconstruction, so our room 305 with double bad rooms ware total different from the picture on the hotel booking web at end of May 2024 . Room and bathroom fresh new of course some details been not finalized such as TV cable connection, leaders tools boxes on the stairs, but that is normal during works in progress. Car garage space been provided, the staff very helpful. Breakfast is 6 different offers plus drink and coffee - good. To summarize - pleasant surprise.
