At the time of our staying we’ve got the 107 room with a large window and high ceilings. The beds were comfortable

The shower was weak and a little bit dirty.

The location is right in the center, with a nicely designed interior between the floors and responsive staff.

The room design is terrible. The shower and sink area is raised above the bed and table with two steps that are dangerous – we almost tripped several times. The sink is bizarrely placed outside the bathroom, in the middle of the room. On the first night, there was no hot water. The shower is badly designed, not enclosed, and every shower left the bathroom floor flooded. The shower soap dispenser was broken and hard to use.Breakfast was poor. We don’t eat meat or eggs, and the options were extremely limited. One morning there was almost nothing available at all. No soy milk, cheap soft rolls for bread, cheeses that in one morning weren’t fresh, and grapes that looked weeks old.The air conditioning could not be turned off, only adjusted. The internet was slow.Overall, this was a disappointing stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Garni Hotel Eter in Niš. The location is absolutely perfect—nestled in the historic part of the city, it's ideal for exploring the cultural and architectural treasures of Niš. The hotel itself is a beautifully refurbished old building that blends classic charm with modern comfort. My room was cosy, clean, and thoughtfully designed, making it a relaxing retreat after a day of sightseeing. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Niš!

At the edge of the walking district, this hotel is perfectly located. Room was specious and the bed was super comfy. The bathroom situation might be a bit strange for some but I found the frosted glass charming.

Osoblje divno, problem nam je bio parking svaki put smo trazili prazno mesto po 15/20min, sobe su ok samo sto se nama vrata kupatila nisu zatvarala, dorucak je ok

The staff was amazing! They were so kind and helpful. The rooms were huge and clean. The location is great! The breakfast was tasty and there were many options.

Some details could be improved, like lightning in the room. There was a plumbing issue in the bathroom, but the staff reacted very quickly to fix it.

Staff was extremely kind and helping. Receptionist helped us to book parking space on the street just in front of hotel, cost was 6eur for 24h. Hotel is just on the street with restaurants and cafes, close to market and pharmacy. Its just the best hotel in Nis for few days. Room is spacious and clean, although there were few non working things in the room, it was taken care nothing to miss for our stay. Breakfast was included in price and had everything.

The location is great, all restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The architecture of the hotel was pretty interesting. Breakfast was nice and tasty, coffee is pretty good, as well as the traditional pastries.

The bathroom, having a glass wall, even dimmed, was a little weird for a triple room.

breakfast was the best part! best banana cream cake I have ever had! but seriously, the breakfast was very good for a budget priced room

no parking. smelled a bit of smoke, but everyone smokes so.... for the price, its very good.

Extremely noisy, on Saturday night we couldn't sleep all night long due to the music from the pubs below us, the feeling was that the speakers were in our room.

Very nice boutique hotel is the center of Nis. Near the hotel is the pedestrian street with a lot of restaurants. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is limited but ok.

Quirky, nicely decorated room, good breakfast. We had a problem with sink plug getting jammed and bedside light not working, but receptionist was responsive when we mentioned this
