Beautiful view from our room. Excellent private parking inside hotel property. The bad was very comfortable.

Inside the bathroom shower I find mildew in the corners and when I taking a shower the water was going all over the floor, because the shower cabin was not sealed properly.

Great location, great breakfast, great staff

Some rooms might be a bit smelly from the toilet. Good that it's not a bed so I don't care for a night.

Very good hotel not so far from the city center. Nice comfortable room, super friendly staff (reception desk, café, restaurant), excellent breakfast and really good value for money. Recommended for short stay in Niš esp for business people. There is a open air swimming pool so I guess checking in during summer season would be even better.

Hotel parking is relatively small so parking car could be a problem in narrow nearby streets.Recommendation for the management - please install some towel and wardrobe hooks in bathroom.

Nobody was in hotel, the door was locked, we could not come in and stay

The airconditiong was too loud. Couldnot turn it little bit of so i did not sleep well.

Fabulous views, exceptionally clean,nice breakfast, helpful staff.

Unfortunately the pool was out of commission and the bar had no ice.

The view and a lady called Maria she was absolutely lovely she couldn’t do enough for us if it wasn’t for her and the beautiful view I would have found another hotel.

The room needed updating in very poor condition for one of the best suite. The room was dirty the tv didn’t work and we was there 2 days no Internet unless she went down to reception. The breakfast was cold and had a hair in it coffee machine didn’t work the room wasn’t equipped with a coffee machine or a working fridge and at the time of our day it was very hot. Basically the view is all it’s got going for it in my opinion we was meant to have a balcony and we didn’t.

The hotel is located uphill and has a great view, close to the center. The receptionists were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was sufficient given the fact that during our stay the hotel's occupancy seemed to be quite low.

Although we booked a double room, there were two beds next to each other instead of one double bed and that was a bit disappointing.

Second time in this hotel and i'll come back everytime while im in Nis. We loved the view from the room and the ambience of the hotel. The room is nice and clean

The staff at the hotel were very friendly, polite and helpful. A huge advantage is that there is private free parking for hotel guests only. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of food types. Perfect for business trips.

I don’t like the view from the room, because it was towards the cemetery. The hotel is far from the center, which had its advantages, but it is not suitable for people who want to be close to shops and pubs and plan an active holiday. One small detail, but the pillows were not very comfortable.

I expected a nice and cozy hotel based on the pictures on a good price. Nice view of the city.

In the hotel people are smoking. The doors seems to be broken and the key replaced. Almost clean space.At the breakfast the food was over when we arrived (9am) and they did not added more food (no tomatoes, no cereals, no glasses for water). The restaurant was sticky and not cleaned for a while :(

Breakfast was poor,no fresh bread, coffe machine was dirty.In the room the shower was not clean and also the toilet seat looked dirty.People were smoking in the dedicated area but the smoke could smell in the rooms.Need a renovation!

Everything is acceptable. Parking area is okay. For business purpose i travelled; i can say that mostly i was happy with everything

Location is a little bit far from center and roads are strange. Out of them; all is fine.

The lady on the reception was the best I’ve seen in some time. The hotel looks good, the rooms are big enough and the breakfast was nice

The maintenance of the hotel is a bit poor. There were no soap at the bathrooms.

Friendly and very helpfull staff, 24 hors reception and a bar, good breakfast.

The road to the hotel is not in the best condition, so I suggest to everyone to take the road thrugh the city center.

The location and room was spacious.

Unclean carpets in the room

The view over the city. Staff is speaking English very well and they are willing to help you with anything you might need.

The entire hotel needs renovation. Old and broken furniture, dirty(yellow) toilets, AC needs serious cleanup, doors must be fixed (poor or no close at all)
