Garni Hotel Panorama Lux

Big and clean rooms, air conditioning in a very hot evening, nice terrace even with a small pool. Service and food at the restaurant were ok, but nothing to write home about. Ok, but very basic breakfast. Good value for money, though.

The hotel is rather old, and it's showing its age. The location is on a hill with view over the city, but kind of remote, and not easy accessible, even with navigation, due to a lot of roadworks and one-way streets. Probably not going back again, mainly because of the location.

The food was tasty, the staff was nice

They checked us in a horrible room, which was dirty, with dirty catpets, dirty fridge, dirty shower with mold, extremely noisy extractor fan in the bathroom, power sockets hanging out of the walls which was horribly dangerous as we stayed with little kids. The door handle on the bedroom door was falling off, TV was not working. It was a 100% unpleasant stay. Wouldn’t come back here , wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Lovely rooms and pool/dining area. The food was good and the hosts were really nice and accommodating.

The scenery from the room balcony was great, specially at night. Friendly staff, clean room, quiet place. The breakfast was delicious.

Everything was great.

Terrible Experience - Not Worth StayingWe booked a stay at Garni Hotel Panorama Lux for the night of December 20-21 and checked in at 2 AM on December 21. Unfortunately, we had to leave after just three hours due to the following reasons:- Freezing Room: The room was extremely cold, and while there was an air conditioner attempting to heat the space, it barely warmed the air. The temperature difference caused the bedsheets and mattresses to feel damp.- Unclean Bedding: The bedsheets and blankets were not clean, with visible stains on one of the covers.- Old and Poorly Maintained Facilities: While we expected older furniture, the bathroom was in unacceptable condition. The toilet and fixtures were excessively outdated, and the bathroom door handle fell off at the first touch, making it difficult to close the door properly.In the end, we decided it was healthier to sleep in our car rather than stay in this room. Sadly, this was a disappointing experience, and we cannot recommend this hotel to others.

It’s a nice hotel, with very friendly staff. When they found out that we have a dog with us, gave us an apartment with separate entrance for a very small difference.

Just a bit dated, it could use a refurbishment.

Excellent pool, great staff, very kind and attentive.

Not an issue - but important to know that hotel is at top of steep hill. Walk is fine - but get a taxi if unfit.

Poor breakfast.The pool was closed because there was a party.Music until 12PM.No parking.

It is a pet-friendly hotel, but you cannot go to the restaurant with a dog, even though they let us in because nobody was there. This is not convenient if you are alone with a dog or in our case if you need to switch with your partner because of this.

Charmy hotel in an old style. Nice view over the city. Helpful staff.

Pool not heated. Restaurant closed. Limited breakfast and limited breakfast time. Too expensive during off season. Probably much better during summer

The room that was given to us had terrace and beatiful trees around . As if we slept in a forrest.

Nothing on the presentation on booking.com indicated that restaurant is open between 07.00-18.00. We arrived at 18.30 and it was closed. No local money cash, no posibilities to order from app with foreign phone number (Serbia is extra UE - very expensive telephone costs, no posibilities to order and pay with card). You can eat with local app - telephone for verification, or local money cash. I booked an unit with 2 sepparate sleeping rooms, but the door between the 2 rooms is broken, so technically there is no 2 sleeping rooms. The parking is with reservation. When asked, the host indicated that we did NOT answer about parking. So, NOT matter what you wish, FIRST ASK FOR IT, other wise they will tell 'you did't ask' !Not coming back !

Wonderful hotel, peaceful location, great pool and poolside bar/cafe and lovely staff.

Not a negative, but worth knowing is that the hotel is located at the top of a very steep hill. 600m walk uphill is tough, especially with luggage - but on the plus side it's a beautiful view when there overlooking Nis and surrounding other hills. Note that taxis are also very affordable (3 - 4 euros from main bus station) so can use those to avoid the walk.

I was spending a holiday here with my sister. Everything was perfect, the staff was really friendly, our room had a lot of space, there was a breakfast included in the price of the hotel, we also loved swimming pool area with bar. Also the view from our balcony was beautiful, we could see the entire city of Niš. You can also pet friendly cats and dogs wandering around all the time!

The WiFi was not the best to be honest, but was sufficient.

We rented a room which was actually a separate apartment with one separate bedroom right next to the main building of this hotel. It was very spacious and Internet worked well there. It had a small kitchen which was handy. It was also very clean and included AC. The view was nice from the balcony overlooking the city, the beds were comfortable.

I haven't travelled much around Serbia and it was my first time in Nis, so I didn't know what to expect. In general for the standard of the country it was all good, couple of renovations were ongoing here and there or probably more could be of need. The pool could be cleaner, but considering the price I would recommend this place.

The hotel is on a hill overlooking the city. It has a second builduing - an aparthotel type - next to it in the back where we stayed. The view of the city is nice. Parking on the street free (and on a empty lot near the second builduing).Acces to the pool (not very big but good for cooling) after a canicular day on the road (+42°C in some places) was great.Pizza in the evening was good with a cold beer at the pool side.Breakfast - standard bufet.

The bed in the bedroom was place in front of the window and because it had a high head panel it blocked the opening - so it was very hot with no ventilation and no AC in that room (only in the main area); They could place a different bed or make the window with a low fix part and the higher on mobile.There were no mosquito nets at windows/doors.

The apartament îs big and clean with an amazing view to Nis!

It was quite clean, the room was spacious even though there were 4 of us and we were with a big dog, we settled in and there was enough space for all of us.
