Very good breakfast and good mattress

The bed sheets was dirty and uncomfortable pillows.

I regularly use this hotel when traveling to southern Europe, it has an absolutely excellent location, right next to the highway and just a few steps from restaurants and shops. Despite its proximity to the highway, the hotel is quiet and very peaceful. Parking directly at the property.

Old building, barely necesarry maintenance

Everybody was polite and helpful. English was spoken. The accessible room was well set up.

As the shower was so powerful, a curtain would have helped to contain spray.

Beds were ok, but dirty to be frank

- 28,2°C in the room, no way to change it, reception did nothing, telling us they would change their heating/AC system in May, couldn't sleep, had headaches because of it, the shower head was leaking, and on top of this cleaning lady entered the room when we were inside already, We are asked several times to PAY for fees we had ALREADY paid, they did it to us twice. DO NO FALL FOR IT.

Friendly staff, very helpful.Food was wonderful both in the evening and at breakfast.Easily access off and on A6.

There were 4 of us driving 2 vehicles, both with trailer, back to the UK. There was room for both vehicles in the carpark but there would not have been if the accommodation had been busy. We arrived just in time for a meal which meant we did not have to go searching for food late at night. Breakfast was a standard buffet. Reception staff were helpful.

Not a lot of choice for food but we did arrive just before the kitchen shut.

Location, just off motorway and restaurants near by, walking distance. Receptionist friendly and helpful. Room bright and clean. Bed very large and comfortable. Warm inviting room on very cold night. Lots of parking. Quite area. Breakfast plentiful choice and worth the money I thought.

Restaurant at property was closed for Christmas period. Not a problem as Leon across road was a great find but was looking forward to trying restaurant as it had good reviews.

Great location, convenient parking, comfortable room with a kettle, but it would be much better with cleaner bathroom.

The room stank of stale cigarette smoke, it was disgusting. The general feel of the hotel was as a run down, dilapidated motel style building. Our car was damaged in the car park- there was no CCTV. So we have to foot the £1000+ repair bill.

Great location, super comfortable beds, nice and quiet. Treat yourself to a meal in the restaurant, it’s excellent

Excellent breakfast, lots of choice, bread buns could have been a little softer for us.

Good sized room and decent shower. Restaurant was good value with pleasing selection on menu. Staff were extremely pleasant and friendly and helpful.

Clean room and bathroom with good shower property conveniently located just off toll roads for overnight stop. Has own restaurant offering 3 course meal for about 26 euros with buffet starters cooked main meal from a choice of 5 dishes and buffet style dessert table. Food isn’t top quality but neither is the price. Staff helpful . Also has a bar

The accommodation was adequate. The manager wS very helpful and friendly.

The food in the restaurant was awful. Cooked meal cold. The quality was bad over cooked pasta. One meal was completely left the staff did not ask if everything was OK. Just took a full plate full of food away. Would never eat in this restaurant again. It was pretty much as bad the previous year. Wont stop here again.
