Hotel ibis Autun

The staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Breakfast absolutely great. So much choice. Bar on site. Safe parking. Location next to lake is beautiful. Lovely path to follow around the lake which is flat. Nice 20 minute (uphill)walk in to the center.

The room was soooo hot we barely slept ☹️. Even though we propped the window open there's no airflow.

Central - beautiful view of the cathedral and surrounding hills. Next to the lake, very pretty at night. Easy access from out of town and just as easy to get into the city by car or walking.

Everything was great, comfortable, great views and clean and tidy.

Location was nice next to a local man-made lake and the Roman theatre.

Local restaurants were unexceptional and closed on the Sunday we stayed there! We had to either go into town (30 minute walk or taxi) or eat at McDonald's.Room was quite small. Even with just 2 in the room it felt crowded!

They spoke english. In france not usually in this price range

the people working at the hotel were really polite and kind, no remarks whatsoever!

The hotel is really outdated and no comfort. The rooms really need to get a revamp. The beds were ok though!

The location is great if you come by car because it is off the main route near a park. The night staff was particularly helpful and friendly. Very calm like it was in the country.

I would have liked coke machine in the lobby to get a cold drink without paying the cafe prices when I was just taking the bottle to my room.

Amazing location next to the lake. Good breakfast starts at 6:30. Super comfortable bed.We were very welcome with our pet.

The lady at the reception was very sweet! Everything went smoothly and it was in nice location near lake.

There was some mold under the shower.

a small bottle of water should be given to the guest. it does not cost much. it s pretty standard to have one at checkingbreakfast : only boiled egg at my disposal, I rather go for scramble eggs.

For a hotel chain it was one of the more modern ones we've stayed in. It was light, clean, with a comfy bed and hot shower. The continental breakfast was good including eggs, meat and cheese. We felt our car was very safe in the area, just outside town. The town was smaller than we envisaged and a lovely walk (10 mins) into it. We spent the morning and checked out near noon which was a bonus. All in all a great visit.

After a very long drive the peace and quiet were excellent. The breakfast exceedede oujr expectations and we travelled on much refreshed
