What Guests Loved
Based on 7 reviews
Pros +
- The breakfast was Ghanian so I didn't care much for it as I couldn't eat their traditional foods. The main menu for lunch and dinner was better but not very diverse. The staff were very professional and friendly (the front desk/reception staff, security, business center staff, restaurant staff, housekeeping staff and laundry staff). The hotel has a Christian/Gospel/Religious theme (Psalm21)
- The cleanliness of the room. Easy accessibility as it’s located in the heart of the city. You can basically stay there all through without going out of the premises because they have everything there.
- Friendly staff
Cons -
- I didn't like the bad/weak/unsecure Wi-Fi. It kept going out/disconnecting my entire stay. While in the room it would disconnect, in the lobby and in the restaurant. Then there were the power outages that also happened throughout my entire stay. The phone in the room was for in hotel calls not outside local calls. If I hadn't booked six nights, I would have found another hotel to stay.
