I have been traveling throughout Central and South America for 5 months. By far this is the best "free" breakfast of any hotel, period. Good coffee, eggs, bread, cheese, juice, fruit etc. Served on the top floor of the hotel so you get great views. Strongly recommend this hotel.

food it’s basic. if somebody visit you, can’t go to the room, you have to go down to the reception to speak and receive.
Cleanliness of room. Staff and food in restaurant.
No pool. Jacuzzi had to be reserved and with added fee. Visitors were NOT ALLOWED to go into room without incurring and additional charge. No written guidance as per that rule. Therefore, my cousin and family had to wait in the lobby for me. This only seems to apply if VISITOR announces themselves to the FRONT DESK. I witnessed many enter the facility in groups and not be questioned or charged for access.Sliding glass door to view outside had no locking mechanism. Anyone can enter room utilizing ladder to gain access.
I liked everything about the place! Helpful staff, great location, solid value for money, clean and comfortable rooms, and a nice rooftop restaurant. Would recommend and stay here again!

Staff were really helpful and kind. The room was extremely clean and the bed is really comfortable.
The breakfast was great. The shower had hit water and good water pressure. The bed was super comfortable. The hotel was very quiet for being in the downtown area, and the staff was very helpful and accommodating.
You have to reserve time in the jacuzzi due to Covid-19 (normal). When it came time for our appointment to use the jacuzzi, some filter was broken and could therefore not be used. The jacuzzi was the whole reason we booked with this hotel.
