The Pool, the breakfast.

The rooms, the mattresses, the high prices for a night. And for the first time in a hotel in Colombia they charged us for little children (5 and 6 Years old).

It was generally a nice stay. The hotel is in a nice part of Villavicencio, with a view towards the mountains. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable. Many people say that the hotel needs refurbishment, but I didn't have that impression. Yes, it is older, but everything works fine.

The swimming pool is very good, but also a missed opportunity. The staff didn't really enforce any rules, so when I tried to swim, there was always someone jumping right in front of me. It would be great if the hotel reserved at least one lane for people who want to swim, or at least enforced some pool etiquette.The room also wasn't cleaned 100% well when I came, there were some dead flies on the floor. But not a big deal.

Breakfast was good

Staff at counter. During checkout they claimed we did not pay. Everything was paid up front. Suggestion. Get a paid receipt at the time of payment Also the laundry service was expensive

Facilities are very outdated, old furniture and buildings in general haven’t been remodeled and require some maintenance

Deteriorated, room old, too expensive in relation to the facilities.

The staff was very nice and helpful all the time. Specially the Spa ladies were very kind and our massage experience was great. Also the pool was clean and not crowded.

the quality of the appliances in the room, the air conditioner was not working properly, looks like it did not have the refrigerant, it was hot air basically. There was not minibar, small fridge in the room. And the mattress not were in the optimum state.

I like the pool, the food and people.

The rooms needs some refurbish, it an old building. The AC not working properly.

Big and comfortable rooms. The service at the reception and restaurant are good and the food in general from the menu and the breakfast are tasty.

the cleaning could be improved and some stuff from the bathroom where broken but once we reported, the hotel immediately repaired them.

The location, the staff and different thing offered by the hotel, the breakfast was delicious, I think the next time visit Villavicencio, I'm going to stay in this hotel

This place got a bad reputation somehow, people complain that it is not up to date, that warm water isn't coming and things like that. I am here to completely dispel these complaints. It is in fact probably the best place in Villavicencio where you can stay and relax in a beautiful green place with mountain view and yet you are close to everything, you can even walk downtown.

At check-in I didn't like that they didn't accept my Mercosur cedula (from Paraguay) and made me dig for my passport. So this hotel is at the threshold of being bureaucratic, but that will not bother most normal travelers. I find the restaurant staff annoying. To much waiting on them. With all the CoViD hysteria you cannot serve yourself at the breakfast buffet and you have to wait for someone to show up. I stood there for a few minutes while the staff was chatting. Then I waved him over and he seemed hesitant to serve me again. As if he was indicating that you don't get a second round. And I'm paying for 2 people and do not get sufficient breakfast for one. This is stupid. Last night we had to wait almost a half hour to even get something to drink.The pool is nice, but they close all Monday for "cleaning". That's stupid. You pay the same price and just because it's Monday you don't get to use the pool.
