Cosmos Pacifico Hotel

The location was excellent. Near everything we wanted to see.

The hotel needs better maintenance, especially the bathrooms!

The comfort & cleanliness. In the town so walking distance to the local seafront cafes & small boats that take you on tours to the islands. Breakfast selection was great.

Great oasis in a rough and tumble port.

Feels brand new but not properly maintained. Could be cleaner although the rooms themselves were fine.

I had to change plans at the last minute and needed to change my hotel booking to the following day; the hotel accepted the last minute change without charge which I'm very appreciative of!

The bathroom was very unclean, with hair on the shower drain.Also there was the tv decoder that was not hidden

Everything. Rude and not helpful staff. Dirty facilities . Rooms not clean at check in. No towels. Dirty bathroom. A total disaster

The staff was very friendly.

The toilet stopped up and they gave us a plunger and a bucket of water to unplug it ourselves. This should have been done by maintenance.

Nice junior sweet room

There was nothing in the kitchenette , no cups, not silverware, no plates, no knife, nothing. Also there was not hair drawer or iron, only two towels for a couple.

Yes, but it lacks maintenance specially on the corridors.

There was no hit water, a 4star hotel without hot water it is really strange. The overall cleanness of the pool area, elevators, and corridors was not what we expected.

Hallways needs to be vacuum, restaurant “food over priced for the Christmas dinner”.

Food was good at the restaurant, kind of expensive, but was great.

The room is big and comfortable, with sea view, The pool is awesome! Breakfast was reach and good.

The maids and the girl from the restaurant/bar were amazing! the rooms were pretty cozy too.

When I arrived to the hotel I was told I could grab some. breakfasts. Mom grabbed some cold eggs (as the buffet was pretty much over) 2 slices of cold bread, some fruit and coffee. I grabbed a bit of the leftover eggs, some juice, and 2 slices of whole wheat bread. The bread was terrible, the eggs tasted awful as they were the leftovers from the morning. Well it turns out u could have ordered fresh warm breakfast from the menu… didn’t know that and I was never told that until the day I left. I was charged for 2 full buffet breakfast… like for real? I just paid cause I didn’t wanna argue with anyone. Also the menu is pretty Poor… you can find better dishes 1 block from there and they’re cheaper too.

The location was great. It felt very safe. The beds were very comfortable. The room was a good size, with a nice balcony overlooking the city, as well as the ocean. There is a nice large rooftop pool. Breakfast was good. It changed a bit from day to day.

There is not much to complain about. The check in was a bit slow with only one employee checking everyone in at 3:00 pm

I got an upgrade to a junior suite. The room had a great view on the harbour, was large super clean and comfortable. Amenities are appropriate and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is located very close to the boats and the bus terminal is only a ten minute walk away. Overall liked my stay there

While the rooms look as advertised in the images, the outside appearance of the hotel and pool area on the roof are a lot nicer on the pictures than in real life. Breakfast was ok but nothing extraordinary

Near by the port, very noisy. I cannot use the swimming pool
