Over the service is to poor

I do not like the restaurant breakfast is to poor for the price e paid

The staff was friendly and the place was clean. The breakfast was good

It was too much noice from the streets and roosters.

The location was good.

Check in took 1 hour as only one person was working the front desk. They also do everything on paper versus electronically. There were only two towels stocked in our room of three occupants. They had a different setup for one of the rooms we booked. The phone in the room only functioned after the bellman came and activated the rooms wifi. That is a safety hazard. Half of the 9th story picture windows were unlocked. They open enough for people or children to fit through and fall 9 stories. Our two complimentary bottles of water were missing from the room. No iron. Iron supplied when called but no ironing board. Dated interior design. The blinds cords on the window blinds were not safety blinds for children. They could easily strangle a child. The hot water in the shower was maybe room temperature at full hot.

The staff was very nice and service oriented, and the hotel is well located, close to good restaurants and bars.

If you want to sleep after 6 am, make sure your room isn't facing the main street. It gets pretty noisy very early. The rooms could use blackout drapes. Finally, their checkin policies should be reviewed.

We were charged one breakfast at check out even though our reservation included 2 people with 2 breakfast. I should have not paid for that, but I had to in order not to lose our flight

The room was quiet and in a nice area of Armenia. The breakfast was tasty (although a bit repetitive) and the staff were lovely. There was a woman named Maria in the lobby who you could book tours with and her husband spoke fluent English. Walk around the park next door which is lovely and a nice coffee shop over the road.

The spa facilities were all turned off, and the pool was freezing cold. The gym facilities were not comprehensive (no weights etc).

It was a welcome break after a long bus journey. The hotel was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was lovely to have a swim in such a clean pool. Armenia felt so friendly and so safe after Bogata. It is worth spending a couple of days in this area as the shop owners and restaurants are so welcoming.. The hotel was able to look after our bags before we left. A very nice stay.

It felt quite a dated hotel and quite expensive for what they offered. They didn't offer food in the evening but there was a fabulous place next door.

Hard beds

Good breakfast but the same every morning

Very few people spoke English, and they didn't want to help. The website said they had airport pickup but they don't. I sent 5 different emails requesting airport pickup, and they never responded to any of my emails. I also saw several bugs in the bathroom. They didn't give me hotel wyfi code.

- Great location in the northern part of Armenia, Quindio- Warm water coming out of the shower- Good wifi reception in the room- There is a good coffee cafe accross the hotel (Cafe Quindio)- The hotel is on walking distance of the Unicentro Shopping Mall

The location is perfect if you want to get around the coffee traditional towns. Excellent breakfast.

Same breakfast everyday, no internet in our room. Bummer. They did provide us to change rooms however, it was for a smaller room.

I though the security was a bit lax. Don’t know the security method used but there people coming and going with no checkin.

It was really clean. The staff was kind and helpful. The building was nicely decorated.

Location. Large room

To many to mention. I swear I was the only one in the hotel for the 3 days I was there. Nothing. You saw nobody. No housekeeping outside any doors in the morning. No people. This hotel is old. I’m sure 20 years ago it was good but not know. No shower. Old bath. Had the engineer come and replace the shower head to get a shower. Old old furniture. The price was to high for what’s offered

Our room was very comfortable, had air conditioning, and was spacious; excellent breakfast with a complete buffet. The best of this hotel was its location in a privileged neighbourhood in Armenia near the centre city; there are stores, coffee shops, and restaurants near the hotel.

Spite of the bathroom was spacious, but it looked a little bit old and does not have air circulation; I think it needs some enhancements in that area, especially the shower room.

The property used to be so beautiful, now the walls need to be painted, the jacuzzi Jets were dirty and the whole spa area was deteriorated.I was at this hotel a few years ago and it was in amazing condition, that’s why I decided to go back but I was very disappointed!

The hotel is well located and comfortable.

The common areas of the hotel feel a little outdated. The rooms are fine.
