Epashikino Resort & Spa

Epashikino Spa will always hold a special place in our hearts. My husband and I visited for our honeymoon, which also happened to be my birthday, and the experience was nothing short of magical. The staff were so warm and friendly, making us feel cared for throughout. The thoughtful birthday surprise touched me deeply and made the day unforgettable. It was the perfect way to relax, celebrate love, and create memories together. We left feeling pampered, happy, and even more connected ❤️. I highly recommend Epashikino Spa, you won't regret it!

I loved how the staff were very friendly and how they went above my expectations to execute my special request. The buffet breakfast was also amazing as there were a lot of varieties to choose from. The facility also offers fun activities such as board games and biking that magnifies one's experience.

Well, the facility has a very nice poolbut unfortunately, it is not heated. Since it usually gets quite cold over there, utilising the facility requires some braveness or when the weather is favourable.

Food was good. Compliments to the chef.

The staff were very very nice, professional and welcoming. They surprised my wife as it was her birthday during the stay. Rooms were clean and very spacious, we loved it there ?

The wifi did not work the whole time I was there... poor network ?The tv had poor reception..

The food was amazing , we l;liked the food both breakfast and the meals

The room was too plain, big, and empty with the bad color mix. The bathroom was a large room with a shower in the middle. Nothing interesting in the room. The shower kept on changing from hot to cold alone.The swimming pool was dirty I couldn't swim.

I requested to talk to manager but mukurino who at reception refused to give me her number

This as a random last minute booking, we were lucky for find accommodation. The hotel was not busy so the services we got were personalized. The breakfast was good. The room is quite spacious and clean. Very friendly staff members. Will be back.

The facility is next to the road so if you are a light sleeper request for the rooms not facing the road, it no like super noisy but good to be aware.

Cool place to stay.

Food could be way better. Buffet dinner was okay and would have been 100% if there were more meat choices.Breakfast was disappointing. Internet issues and shower issues

Very accessible and staff were delightful. Meal portions are very generous.

Some interior and external walls had some water damage.

Great resort. Very family friendly, baby cot for toddlers, the staff are great and very helpful right from the gate, many activities from bike riding , swimming and the awesome food.

Courteous Staff, very serene environment, clean facilities, amazing food, easily accessible.

The bed in room 514 needs fixing. Worn out springs so the bed caves in when slept on.

The breakfast was awesome and tasty.The location was difficult to understand as there was no clear sign post to show us the direction to the facility.

Sign post erection will be a big saver to avoid confusion of destination

The room was clean and tidy, a fabulous environment,the food was amazing from breakfast to dinner,Amazing staff from the receptionist Agnes, and the waitress chepkirui who always ensured we had an amazing time at the restaurant.

Staff should knock before entering rooms even if they are vacant,One staff i think from IT as per FO came to our room without knocking but the FO team were sorry for this, thus the hotel should inform their staff on entries.

The rooms were superb!

Ticking breakfast menu confused the waiters and 2 of my family members didn't get all their orders.

The accessibility, the staff were very hospitable, the food was delicious, the beds were very comfortable. Kimanthi was very kind to take us around for a view of the lake and surrounding after his shift ended. The breakfast was filling ? and really sumptuos_ the chicken wings especially.
