Location on main road which was very dark due to poor street lighting. You need transport to go to the town.

The room was very comfortable and well decorated

There was no restaurant despite it being advertised on booking.com only frozen pizzas were available. The hotel staff tried to charge us for our child’s breakfast even though it was marked as free for children.

The lady was incredibly polite and helpful

Our room backed onto a refrigerated food companies yard and although when the windows and doors were closed you could still here the fridges on the trucks

We arrived some time prior to official check in, but the room was ready and the receptionist let us move in early for free. The staff is very friendly. Room temperature was great even upon entering the room for the first time. Ventilation was very clean. AC worked great. The breakfast was modest but personnel was very friendly and helpful. It was very quiet in the room. If the blinds are closed, it's pitch dark inside the room. There are lots of parking spaces.

There is no functional internet connection. Room service was coming to our room too early, even one hour prior to our check out. Upper floors are accessible by stairs only.

The bedrooms at the back of the hotel face a refrigerated lorry company, which appear to have the lorries refrigerator units running 24/7 and definitely over night, which can be heard quite plainly in the rooms, therefore restless nights.The breakfasts were a disappointment, have never seen such small pain au chocolates or croissants before, the fresh fruit wasn’t fresh, the peaches were wrinkled and the scrambled eggs were solid and could be cut with a knife, not good value.

A wonderful Host with a very good breakfast. Easy check in quiet room and exceptionally clean.

Very comfortable beds.

We were not allowed to stay in an empty breakfast room with our dog - not so friendly as a pet friendly hotel should be.

Bed comfy, shower was warm and location was perfect, very easy to get from the car to the room, and staff were friendly and spoke english. Thank you!

only small things, for example the curtain didnt fully close the window, and at night time i was worried people could see into my room. Also lots of flies around the front door, but really not a big problem

Convenient location whilst travelling

The television was not working correctly.. no volume control so couldn’t use as would disturb other residents. Difficult to access channels and no instructions. The air conditioning unit wasn’t working. I worked for an air conditioning company for so years so understand how they work. Either condensate or chilled water was draining through the system and continued to make a gurgling noise throughout the night.

The room was a good size with tea and coffee making facility which is quite rare in French hotels. The linen and towels were a very good quality.There was a lot of choice at the buffet breakfast and the food was presented well.

Rooms split over 3 floors. Access via out side staircase...no problem... someone with restricted mobility ground floor rooms would be a better option when booking..

Easy to find, just off main road. A lovely warm welcome by the reception staff.My room was on the first floor and was clean, warm and comfortable. Very nice bathroom and plenty of good quality towels. There was a good selection of channels on the TV. Automated blinds meant that the room was very dark and sound insulation was good.

I paid extra for breakfast €13. There wasn't a great selection. I'd read on another review that you could boil your own egg but the water wasn't hot enough.... it wasn't! I left my egg in 7 minutes and it was still inedible and barely cooked. Nice idea that just didn't work. The rest of the breakfast was good quality but without a hot element, seemed poor value for money.

Lovely hotel/motel, very comfortable room and beds - lovely shower. The staff we super friendly and polite. Definitely a nice place to stay in Rochefort - or if near La Rochelle

Location. Hotel was located next to a freezer truck depot which was very noisy during the whole night.

Many bugs and moskitos outside and some of them inside.

Clean functional rooms and excellent quality breakfast.

Very nice, would atay again. Cook your own Boiled eggs and needed more rimw, i guess the water waa not boiling.
