Pros +

The staff was very professional. The hotel didn't offer too much, the building is a bit faded.
Easily found - good edge-of-centre location. Clean and tidy establishment, efficient and friendly staff.
Location

Cons -

The volume (sound) on the television had been muted / restricted so it was difficult to listen-to. The retro-fit double glazing interfered with the original windows (retained) making it hard to have an open window without restricting movement inside the room.
