- One of the staff was rude to us, saying that our dog was barking too much and that we should stand outside with it. Also when asked a simple questions we had a very rude reply back saying ‘I know how to do my job’ which we thought was not acceptable. Although Other members of staff (the youngest ones, young females with braids and waiter) were very lovely and very helpful.
- Remove the stinky carpet. Have a better breakfast offer.

The owner/manager ofthe hotel was very friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast in the morning was nice and the location of the hotel was good.
